Great product -- very simple!
Great product -- very simple! My first impressions were that it was a very simple and elegant design, and that it is nice and small when compacted. I did initially think that it was going to be too small to hold the amount of pasta I usually make. However, its appearance and dimensions are deceptive -- you can hang a lot of pasta on this little thing! I've just used it for the first time, and it was a great experience (this is my first pasta drier, having been making pasta on a semi regular basis for a few years). I can't believe I managed for this long without it. After I'd hung my pasta, I realised I hadn't floured the top of the rods. Thankfully, the pasta didn't stick at all - I think the grooved design of the rods probably has something to do with this. It's little details like that, and the fact that it is sturdy and folds up really well, that make this a 5/5 product for me.

My daughter thinks I own a spaghetti tree
Found one of the holes too small for assembly but after a quick tweak with a power tool solved . A little disappointed with the finish and roughness but again a little bit of sand paper and stain seal and the frown was turned . Ok positive points it's compact , it's sturdy , and the main point is it does it's job . I found it very hard to tip over in heavy use , all in all a very useful addition to my kitchen

Excellent product
Well packaged, quick dispatch. Well made products which does the job it is supposed to. I have tried for too long to dry my pasta on rolling pins, clothes airers etc. This is a purpose made product which is ideal for the job. I would recommend it to any pasta makers out there.

Not the exact item as advertised - but does the job
With all the generic (and unknown wood type) copies, chose and paid slightly extra for "Eppicotispai" as a brand, being "Made in Italy" and also beechwood rather than any other wood. Item received was almost definitely sourced from Italy due to "Panetta Casalinghi" card inside packaging, but it didn't have the "Eppicotispai" branding actually on the item (per the item pictures), and therefore no idea if beechwood. As it's basically the same article (seems reasonable quality) can't be bothered to sort a return/replace, as no idea whether a replacement would actually be the "Eppicotispai EP 102 Natural Beechwood" article....

Pasta dry!
Just perfect. We wanted something that would fold down flat for storage and this does just that. It pulls apart and pushes back together as per the image. Really easy to use and light weight. It's so authentic it is even made in Italy. Would recommend.

perfect
This is a great gadget for drying pasta, and it folds flat for storage, very useful. Perhaps if it were a little taller it would be better, as long pasta has to be dried over several "arms"

Poor product
I bought this too pair up with a pasta maker i bought after the pasta machine idea flopped inevitably so did this. It was easy to assemble looked cheap and then only ever got used once which is unfortunate. I found you could achieve better results by lying your fresh pasta down on a board that was pre sprinkled with polenta.

Good and practical
Easy to use, easy to store this stand is very nice. My only complaint is that it is a bit small. When I make home made pasta I usually make bigger quantity, as it is not something I do every day. So I could use a few more raws. Otherwise good quality.

It takes up a little room in the kitchen but is a very good purchase as a drying rack

Raccomandato

It's precisely what I was hoping for. The superior craftsmanship is evident; it's a breeze to assemble, and it tucks away flat in a drawer. The dimensions are just right for crafting a variety of pasta types. It remains stable on the counter without tipping over, thanks to its support legs and balanced weight.

Makes drying pasta easy and doesn't occupy counter space at all. Storage is easy too
