Great packaging and fantastic taste. Love it

I’ve used this stuff before and was impressed so I bought from Amazon this time because you can only get small packs in the supermarkets and I wanted it in bulk. It’s really versatile, particularly during the Covid19 lockdown I’ve used it for so many things to avoid unnecessary travel to the shops. I mixed some up in a bottle with water to keep in the fridge to use on cereal, in smoothies etc.. it just needs shaking again before you pour. As I’m still having to work shifts it makes for a great instant (vegan) porridge to go.. I just put a few spoonfuls of powdered coconut milk in a Tupperware with some oats, desiccated coconut and chia seeds then add boiling water at work on my break and let it sit for a few minutes and it goes nice and creamy. I’ve used it in curries too and I didn’t notice the difference compared to using tinned coconut milk if you mix it with water beforehand. There are ratios on the pack of how much powder and water to use depending on what you want to use it for which is handy.

Good service and a good price

I am coeliac and use various coconut products in my diet. In recipes which required coconut milk, I started off using tins of coconut milk. The problem with this was that you were told to put the can in the fridge once opened. I found that the milk very quickly became a very thick cream. This was no good for adding to coffee or for use in baking. I then tried cartons of coconut milk. This was much better but I found that I was nearly always unable to use all of the milk before it reached its use by date. I then discovered coconut milk powder. This enables me to make only as much milk as I need at the time. There is no wastage at all. The only problem I have found that when you add the coconut powder to water it does not mix well and looks quite lumpy. I found that the solution is to put the powder and water in a blender. This mixes it up well and gets rid of any lumps. As I am not drinking the milk and only use it when baking, this is not a problem as I almost always use my blender anyway when baking. Overall I find that coconut milk powder is much more versatile than cartons of milk or tinned milk. I have already bought a 2nd pack of the powder and intend to continue using it.

This has been a life changer! Saved me money and waste :) Unlike the alpro cartons, which i end up wasting as they are too sweet and as such, i rarely use all of it in time. With this powder oh my gosh! Not too sweet and all that's needed for my bowl of oatmeal in the morning is 1 tablespoon. The packaging is fantastic and expensive looking. The product is chefs kiss! I will be re-purchasing for sure. :)

Contains 30% Maltodextrin. This isn't made clear at the point of purchase. Shame as it does taste good. Had to throw it in the bin as I'm trying to avoid ultra processed starch.

Idea for home cooks lovely texture .ease to use with be great for tai and Indian cooking or in you matcha tea

It's creamy and has a great taste. Really good with coffee and for hot chocolate. I believe that the customers that complained about it leaving lumps mixed it with cold water. I never had this problem as I always mix in hot water straight from the kettle. I guess a blender is needed when making cold beverages. It's good for both sweet and savoury recipes, I tried the mushroom stroganoff recipe that comes printed on the package and it was great.

Muy buena esta leche de coco, buen sabor, buenos ingredientes, perfecta para un buen desayuno. Tiene un empaquetado bien pensado para mantener en perfecto estado de conservación pero su cierre es difícil de usar, por lo demás muy bien. El envío perfecto, el empaquetado también, un diez para Amazón, lo seguiré comprando.

Jeder der gerne mit Kokosnussmilch kocht kennt wahrscheinlich das Problem, dass man nicht die ganz Dose braucht und der Rest schlecht wird. Mich nervten auch die vielen Dosen oder anderen Verpackungen. Dieses Problem habe ich jetzt nicht mehr. Das praktische Kokosnusspulver kann man individuell dosieren. Spitze finde ich auch das man es als Kokosnusscreme verwenden kann. Es löst sich sehr gut in Wasser auf, schmeckt sogar im Kaffee sehr lecker.

Buonissimo è super comodo! Latte “fresco” ogni volta che voglio invece di avere brick aperti in frigo per giorni. All’inizio non mi era piaciuto perché lo mescolavo con acqua fredda e rimanevano grumi oltre a non avere un buon sapore, poi ho scoperto che va mescolato con acqua bollente 😄 con acqua calda mescolato con lo schiuma latte viene una cosa deliziosa! Cremoso e gustoso. Mai più senza! Per chi si lamenta del prezzo, probabilmente non ha mai acquistato latte di cocco in negozio, un brick ti costa moolto di più! Con 1 kg di prodotto a 23€ Sai quanto latte ci fai, se ne usi 10g per bicchiere sono circa 25l di latte (contando 10g=250ml di bibita) . 25l di bevanda al cocco per 23€.

Satisfait à 100% du produit. Je le mélange à raison de 200 grammes à du cacao en poudre en paquet d'un kilo (normalement pour distributeur-Cremiger). Le résultat extrêmement goûteux et simple à préparer puisqu'il suffit d'un peu d'eau bien chaude. Deux cuillères à soupe dans une tasse moyenne du mélange obtenu. Le tout va pouvoir se conserver jusqu'en 2018 au vue des dates d'utilisation, mais à mon avis tout sera bu bien avant. Pour tous ceux qui ont besoin d'une boisson 100% végétale, d'un excellent gout, vite prête, à la maison comme au bureau, c'est une bonne solution.

Molto più buono di quanto pensassi. Lo ricomprerò sicuramente.
