Great ValueTorque Wrench
I bought this torque wrench to undertake a specific task on my car suspension. It performed very well with a fairly good range of settings (some of the cheaper ones do not perform well at lower settings). Adjustment was fairly easy with markings being reasonably clear although the primary markings are in ftlbs with the secondary scale being Nm thus making the Nm adjustment slightly more difficult as each full rotation corresponds to an odd number of Nm. It is supplied with a calibration certificate which does give some assurance, especially at lower torque settings, you can be reasonably confident that you will be applying the correct torque. All in all great value for money and the quality is good as has always been my experience with Sealey tools.

Very good for the money
Feels great to use as a hobbyist with a hefyy quality feel. The length makes even the upper end of the range feel effortless. Relatively cheap, too. Can't fault it.

Good quality for the price
Exactly what I wanted. Quality product at a good price. Recommended. Would buy again.

Good value torque wrench
This item was purchased primarily for torquing-up caravan wheels. It comes in a plastic case with hinged lid, certificate and instructions. It was not quite the cheapest, but in my view represents good value. So far has performed well. It is calibrated both in Newton Metres and Pounds Foot, although the scales are a little fiddly to read. Nevertheless, once set it is fine. Certainly recommended as a straightforward certificated wrench for domestic use.

Fine, cheapest certificated torque wrench.
One use for these in future might be locking wheel bolts. I was in a hurry, late, adrenalin going, and over-tightened said locking bolt, hope the tyre never needs changing. I actually don't like using these things very much, but on these odd occasions when manufacturers insist on only specifying a torque THEN saying an extra half-turn (!) I guess it might be needed. I do however, anticipate a cylinder -head job in my near future and THAT does need even torquing up, not because I will really need it, but because of peace of mind - I can know that it's definitely evenly tightened and that is one less problem in the aftermath (I hope after-glow) of a major job like that. Plus, it's a bit longer than the existing half-inch ratchet I got in the socket set, so that gives extra capability too.

Great value
If you want a torque wrench that you know has been calibrated and checked without spending the big bucks then this is a good option. I use mine for diy use so it’s very doubtful I will get it recalibrated, but the peace of mind it arrives correctly calibrated is a huge draw. Re calibration should be every 12 months, when mine arrived the certificate was 13 months old. But for the price I was still happy.

Great but could be better
I used it today for the first time to put the summer wheels back on my VW Golf. I had had no experience of using one of these but once I understood how to set it up all was fine. There's a knob at the end which is used to ensure the desired torque is maintained and doesn't slip by mistake except every time I checked to see it was still set to the correct setting it had worked it's way lose but otherwise, it's a well made bit of kit.

I would recommend this, you can't go wrong for the price.
I purchased this to replace my missing Torque Wrench, I decided to go for he sealey brand because it come's with a calibration certificate which is very important to get the correct torque. I tested this at 50nm with another torque wrench and I can say it was accurate, For the price this is a must have, very easy to use, the only fault is the finish, the tempered chrome plated is a bit rough. I would recommend this, you can't go wrong for the price. Every wrench is tested and supplied with an individually numbered test certificate. Torque range adjustment with scale graduated in both lb.ft and Nm. Flip reverse ratchet mechanism. Drive: 1/2"Sq Length: 465mm Range: 27-204Nm(20-150lb.ft) Supplied in storage case Please click on the “Yes” button below if this review has been helpful thank you
