Very pleased with this purchase.
It’s a huge tub. I didn’t think it will be so big. The lid has two openings - one like a shaker and the other is to fit the spoon in. I mean, it works. My cake rose exactly like I wanted it to. No difference between this baking powder and one from any supermarket, except that this one contains wheat flour instead of corn starch. So if you have an allergy, don’t buy it. But it’s a great value. Definitely recommend it.

It's not a baking powder!
It's not a baking powder but the powder which allows you to mix with water and make bread. No expiry date on it!
