Great audio quality, improved gaming experience ten fold. noise cancelling is excellent and head tracker makes games that much more immersive. the option to have the lights on or off is also a great feature that you can do with a press of a button seriously extends battery life with no drop on performance. also the cables that come supplied are of JBLs normal exceptional quality premium cables for a premium product. flip up mute is a handy feature also. Only issue is the mic sponge has a habit of falling off

Had this headset for nearly 2 months now, and very very happy. The sound quality is awesome, and with the JBL mixer you can tune it easily and improve sound quality. The surround sound is epic, very accurate for FPS games and immersive for watching films etc. The RGB customisation was really really good, will go with absolutely any room, and you can still turn it off when you're supposed to be in a serious call. Mic quality is good for a headset, great for gaming/calls, probably not quality enough to use on its own for streaming. The way it can clip in and out though is very useful, as often I don't need a mic and don't want it in my face. Only downside: for good sound quality, the earcups are very insulated. This can make your ears really hot and sweaty. Takes some getting used to, but it never really goes away. I've done 2/3 hours worth of gaming with only some moderate discomfort, but I would recommend switching between these over ear and a different pair of in-ear headphones if you wanted to go much longer.

I've had this for a year now. It's my longest lasting headset as the others I've owned over the years have either cracked away at the head band over time or the sound has eventually gone from one earpiece. Thankfully with this headset, after a year of daily use, the sound quality is still the same as it was before, the mic still works efficiently and the head band has not cracked away at all. However, considering I paid over £200, I was shocked to notice something as trivial as the leather ear cover slowly tearing and the earphone cover on the right side starting to peel off. This is the only downside so far though. Otherwise it's a great headset with plenty of different features to customise to suit anyone on their headset's software.

Fits great, sound quality is excellent with very nice bass, and the swinging mic makes it easy to turn on/off your mic without needing to find the control in whatever video conference software you're using. Charging is through a long USB-C cable that's supplied and the charge lasts at least 7 hours (I tested it in a single gaming session). There is no issue connecting to your computer when you turn this on because it has its own USB dongle (works with either 2.0 or USB-C with a supplied adapter). Noise cancelling is really good. My AirPods are a little bit better, but these do a good job cancelling outside noise. Totally recommend this headset.

the battery if you dont turn on rgb uses 10% per 2 and half to 3 hours of gaming, turn the lights on it drains like a fuel tank of a 1970s v8 truck, they updated the app for this recently and its really poor and removed options for the sound setup which has made me regret owning it, they never update the headphones themselves now either, been a user of jbl for a few years but wont be buying again as on win 11 i do not get true 7.1 once i load a game and as a call of duty player and battlefield fan also these are useless there is a deadspot and u notice it when looking left to right and its annoying as it makes me feel like i gone death in those part of my ears lol oh also the little mic thing you use to do a setup, just randomly dies despite sitting in its home it comes with, worked twice for me i put it away and went to use it when they did the app update and ruined the sound quality for me, oh and when they did that update it came in chinese language so we had not idea what it was saying, took them ages to correct the issue, terrible company and even worse when you try to google an issue with this brand

I'm a big lover of music, gaming and movies and these are amazing! The sound quality is next level. I love how everything sounds so bassy without it sounding weird. The 7.1 surround is gorgeous! I have a big head and these are really comfortable. They aren't heavy and they don't give me headaches like some headsets. Well worth the price

These were decent headphones for the longest while, now if I so much as tilt my head while wearing them they'll disconnect. And for older games like Fallout New Vegas it means I have to reboot the entire game to be able to have sound again once they disconnect. Absolutely dreadful. The sound quality is 10/10 though I'll give them that. But what genius decided the headphones will be plugged into the lefthand headphone? It's just asking for issues. If it was designed where it was built into the left hand side of the earphone it'd be a 10/10 set of headphones

Har LBL sedan tidigare, bra ljud som alltid. Enda som jag kan ha synpunkter på är då att man fick googla/se på Youtube för att hitta drivrutiner för problemvaran men när man fick till de så fungerar det som det ska.

Ich vergebe fünf sterne, da ich an dem Leistungumfang des Headsets absolut nichts auszusetzen habe. Der Service ist ebenfalls top, da ich eine Rückfrage zum Sidetone in der Quantum Software hatte und mir Innerhalb weniger Minuten sofort ein kompetenter Servicetechniker zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Das Headset ist sowohl fürs Musikhören als auch fürs Zocken gleichermaßen herovorragend geeignet, weshalb ich definitiv eine Kaufempfehlung für das JBL 910 Quantum ausspreche ! Für eine detailliertere Bewertung siehe nachfolgenden Text. --- Besonders positiv beim Headset empfinde ich folgende Aspekte: #1: Die lange Akkulaufzeit, selbst mit Beleuchtung, wodurch man bis 2 - 3 Tage zocken und Musik hören kann ohne den Akku aufladen zu müssen. Zudem kann das Headsets während des Ladens weiter benutzt werden, was durchaus nicht auf alle vergleichbaren Produkte anderer Hersteller zutrifft. #2: Es gibt durch die novellierte Software nun auch einen Equalizer für das Mikrofon, wodurch man den bereits ab Werk guten Klang, noch einmal deutlich verbessern kann. #3: Das Mikrofon verfügt über eine gute Rauschunterdrückung, wodurch auch berufliche Telefonie mit dem Headset absolut kein Problem darstellt. #4: Das Headset kann zeitgleich auch mit einem anderen Endgerät über bluetooth verbunben werden, z.B. mit dem Smartphone um bspw. Anrufe entgegen zu nehmen. #5: Das Headset sitzt wirklich angenehm und kann so über Stunden bequem getragen werden. #6: Man kann über einen Knopf am Headset sofort zwischen Stereo und Surround Sound umschalten #7: Der Klang ist wirklich der Hammer, man kann den Equalizer in der Quantum Software auf ein Profil so einstellen, dass der Ton sowohl für das Musikhören als auch für Gaming gleichermaßen ein sattes Klangerlebnis mit kernigen Bässen erzeugt - Automatische Profil-Erkennung bei z.B. PC-Spielen sind daher absolut kein Muss bei diesem Headset, sodass mir diese Funktion nicht fehlt. #8: Es reicht für den Surround-Sound das DTS Format, da die Klangqualität hier nicht konterkariert wird (Den Quantum Spatial-Sound kann man sich meiner Meinung nach schenken, was der positiven Bewertung allerdings keinen Abbruch tut.) ---- Einziges Manko (Kritik auf hohem Niveau): Es fehlt mir in der Quantum Software die Möglichkeit den Sidtone stufenlos zu regeln, wie die Laustärke beim Headset - Ich fände es nicht verkehrt, wenn man seine Stimme beim Sprechen noch besser hören könnte. Wenn JBL das in der Software noch ergänzen würde, dann gebe ich dem Headset gerne auch 5,5 Sterne. Fazit: Wie oben schon erwähnt, klare Kaufempfehlung !

It was on offer for 5K EGP, and that's why I'm giving it 5 stars. At this price, it feels like a steal :D The sound is very good, and all the advertised features work well, however, I would only buy it if it's on offer. 13k is insane.

+ Noise canceling feature is excellent, specially is you are in a crowded LAN. + The sound is really good, easy settings + The ability to lower the com (Discord) is really useful in clutch situations. + The red light indicator on the mic that tells you that you are muted. - The cord is really annoying! I really wish these headphones where wireless.
