I've had this for a little over a year. I haven't had to use it yet. It seems to be very well made, and heavy duty. I'm not a big fan of budget recovery gear, but I believe this product is suitable for any off-road enthusiast.

Worked great during a recovery involving an F250. My Tacoma and the Alltop Kinetic rope made easy work of that recovery.

These things are awesome. We kept breaking tow straps pulling our pickups out of the snow. These things are great. They remove the shock of hitting the end of a strap and allow more kinetic energy to yank out the stuck vehicle. I pulled a FedEx truck out of the muddy ditch with a 1500 Silverado! Never would have happened with a traditional strap or chain. You can back up and take off to get some speed up and when you hit the end, you slow down and the other vehicle starts to move. We also purchased soft shackles so that if something comes loose, you don't slingshot a steel shackle at the back of your head!

I see no manufacturing defects. I see quality workmanship and it comes in a package that is suitable for light offroad storage. If you're a serious off road enthusiast then the bag it comes with probably will not last. I have nothing to base that on other than visual observation The rope itself seems capable and I would trust it to snatch a full size truck out of a ditch or mud hole without question. I have it in a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave and I trust that it will serve me well when the time comes that I need to use it. I have not used it yet but I am experienced and this item seems legit.

Bought it to pull stumps out of my yard. It worked good at first then snapped and the shackle I had added to it went through my back window. I tied it in a knot and tried pulling from the front. Same thing, snapped and took out my front windshield. I doubled it and it held Until I pulled the rear axle out from under my Honda crv. where I had it hooked and ripped off my bumper. Its a tough rope worth the money. I did get one stump out, but at a cost.

Good quality strap! Decent value for the money and the travel bag is convienant.

I own a propane company in northern Idaho. We use these ropes all the time. They last pretty long if you take care of them. Just used it this weekend to rip my 100hp tractor out of the mud. Worked amazing!!!! I pulled a 15,000 pound tractor out with a F350 pickup. And when I mean pulled it out, the closer description was Hauled A$$ and yanked it out hit that puppy at probably 15-20 mph. Took me probably 10 tries 2 different ways of very hard abuse and the rope still looks great other than dirty!

This is an excellent recovery rope. It feels like a quality piece of gear. I have used it a few times now and couldn’t be happier. It’s super easy to use and feels great. I like that it has its own storage bag to keep it clean and stores nicely. I would highly recommend this.
