Silverline Inclinometer 100mm (250471), Silver

I draw plans for houses and extensions for a living so being able to measure angles of roof timbers (mainly rafters) in a second flat is awesome!!! Saves a bit of trig :) This inclinometer is made from plastic so time will tell about strength and durability but at this price who cares??!!!?? I have only had it a couple of hours but it is definitely in my top five must haves for surveying a house. I really can't recommend it enough, and MDS delivered it in just 24-hours (ordered at 9am Thursday here by 8:45am Friday)you can't ask for more so excellent service and a great price nothing else left to say ;)

Basic but very good.

If you're putting up a satellite dish or re-adjusting one, you have to ensure the dish mount is at 90 degrees to the wall, you can also check the angle the dish needs to be to pick up your chosen satellite. This simple instrument is easy to understand and in conjunction with a sat finder device, takes all the time and frustration out of the job. I set mine up in 10 minutes once i had the bracket on the wall. Best of all, it doesn't need batteries, and it never will !

Simple cheap, and accurate.

I purchased this for underground moling pipe installation. Dig two holes, set angle up or down gradient, start the mole off and once 1/2 way in lift the Inclinometer off and hey presto all going well the mole pops out in next trench. Needle moves, it work but the glue to hold the magnet in place useless.

Had different roofers guessing the pitch of my roof so decided to purchase this gauge very well made and I would say very accurate would definitely recommend

Necesitaba algo sencillo para determinar con cierta exactitud la inclinación de una rampa y lo cierto es que no puedo estar más satisfecho. Comparado con las alternativas, niveles con inclinómetro digital, es muchísimo más simple y barato. La aguja oscila un poco pero debemos pensar que el mecanismo no es más que un péndulo que se mueve hasta quedar estático en la posición más baja. Si el aparato está inmóvil, da la lectura en tres segundos. Sin pilas ni nada que se pueda estropear a menos que se le dé un golpe.

J'ai reçu le colis très rapidement, et je suis tout à fait satisfait de mon achat, compte tenu de certaines remarques, j'ai aussitôt vérifié la cohérence du réglage de l'appareil : Exactement sur le 90°, et après contrôles sur différents angles, là encore, c'est parfaitement correct. Voila un appareil parfait pour un tuyauteur (par exemple) la semelle aimantée sera utile sur une tuyauterie en acier noir (Mais pas l'inox) Un charpentier devrait aussi pouvoir se servir de cet outil, et bien sur, j'imagine beaucoup d'autres corps de métier. Prévoir néanmoins un petit coffret pour le protéger, ce sera mon seul reproche, car il est livré sans protection.

Che dire, rapporto qualità/prezzo assolutamente favorevole. Un po' ingombrante e delicato ma preciso; oscilla senza scatti e all'apparenza senza attriti (va posizionato esattamente in asse con la verticale). Peccato non sia tarabile e/o azzerabile nella posizione voluta (basterebbe consentire la rotazione del riferimento graduato retrostante) e sarebbe perfetto... probabilmente troppo rispetto a sistemi digitali molto più costosi. Ho verificato la taratura e alcuni angoli; la prima ha un errore di meno di un grado (oltre non mi spingo perchè non posso garantire la perfetta orizzontalità del piano di riscontro) gli angoli sono invece molto precisi. Concludendo, a parte la robustezza, se maneggiato con cura dà la sensazione di poter fare a lungo il suo dovere. Le calamite praticamente indispensabili fanno benissimo quel che devono. Mi si rompesse lo ricomprerei al volo.
