Akemi Oil & Grease Remove Paste

I had just remodeled my kitchen and was so disappointed when I noticed grease stains on the backsplash tile. I tried everything I could think of to get it out and nothing worked. I ordered this as a last ditch effort with little hope of it working. I applied the paste and waited for it to dry and washed it out but the stain did not come out. It did look like it faded so I tried it again and let it dry thoroughly and the stain totally disappeared. Worth every penny!

I had been trying to remove a 1.5-2 inch wide line of grease running down my natural stone blacksplash from my microwave to my granite countertop for literally 2 years and nothing worked until this. I applied a thick amount, covered with saran wrap, taped all around with regular packing tape, and left it on for 24 hours. Scraped it off with a knife this morning. The stain is completely gone. I hesitated to buy this product because of the cost and the fact that nothing else had made a dent, but this stuff is the bomb! Just buy it! Seriously!

The tube of Akemi paste was dried out and could not be used when I received it. I called the Akemi sales office in the U.S. From the code stamped on the tube the man I talked to said that the tube was manufactured in 2018. He said at that time the tubes they manufactured were not sealed well enough, causing the material to dry out. He suggested that I mix the material with acetone to bring it to the consistency of toothpaste. I tried this, but it did not work. I was not able to remove the grease stain in my kitchen granite. The gentleman also told me that they have since improved the tube construction so that the material would not dry out. He also said they would send a replacement tube to me, but it was not received. If you are going to use this stuff make sure the manufacturing date is not prior to 2020.

We have nearly new granite counters. Power failed and our red candle seeped the red dye into the center (of course lightest) spot in our island. A circular red ring in the stone that would not budge with any cleaner I tried. In desperation I called granite installer, who recommended this product. Took 3 applications, leaving on a full 24 hours to dry thoroughly and lift it, but there is no trace of it now. Amazing stuff and highly recommend it.

Still very hard to remove grease build up

Had an olive oil stain in our tumbled marble backsplash. No cleaners or soaps were working. Not even letting baking soda dry on it. Put this cream on and let it dry for about 6hrs. Wiped it off and stain was gone. Just used it on our shower floor. Carerra marble. You can see the cleaner area around the drain. Had to order more to finish the job. We scrubbed the floor with every other traditional cleaner first. Stuff is amazing.

Recommended by installer! This stuff is the bomb!! Took olive oil and balsamic stain exactly as they said it would. Their directions were to spread 1/4 inch paste over entire stain, cover with plastic taped to surface around perimeter. Leave 24 hours, remove, then reseal entire surface. Never know we had a mess!!

Amazing!!! I had cooking grease stains on my stone backsplash that was not sealed. I put a little on each spot and let it sit for only five minutes. Wiped each spot with a paper towel and the grease was gone!! So happy with this purchase. I wasted time with trying to make my own paste at home. Never again. Try this!

super Paste. Hat die Flecken von dem Vesperspray auf Naturgranitsteinplatten vollständig und ohne Rückstände beseitigt. Anschließend mit dem Hochdruckreiniger nochmals drüber und fertig.
