These Bakewell slices taste exactly like the Bakewell tarts, minus the pastry crust. They arrived in good condition and were very fresh.

They are smaller than they used to be. But just as tasty

The packaging recommends a cup of tea with these cakes. Listen to the packaging!! All by themselves, they are incredibly dry and waaaay sweet. With a cup of tea, however, they are fantastic! I may even get them again after I've experimented with other varieties.
