The measurements are below. 65.5 cm h X 33.8 cm d X 40.5 cm w. The bin is 70.2 cm high with the lid open.

I think that if you keep the receipt for 10 years, you should be able to make a claim if the product is faulty (if you can be bothered after 10 years!) Why not register? it costs nothing, takes less time than it took you to post this query and informs the seller of your purchase. IF you want to be certain, keep the receipt AND register.
