A valuable teaching aid
I like this clock very much for teaching kids to read the time, because it's a good size, clear and because the hands are mechanically linked so it moves like a real clock. This means that you cannot make the clock read something a real clock would not. For example, putting the hour hand directly over 9 and the minute hand over 6. Instead you have to move the minute hand round and round to read the time you want, just like setting the time on a real clock. It also gives kids an understanding of the relationship between the two hands and how they move at different speeds. Well pleased with it!

Great learning resource.
I use this clock in my private maths tutoring sessions. I spend the first 5 mins working on reading time, showing times given. My students love having an actual clock to use rather than just pictures. They are really improving with telling the time. I particularly like that the hands are connected and it can stand up. These are the same clocks used by many schools. Good quality resource.

Our toddler loves it - just a minor niggle requiring a screwdriver to fix
Great learning resource but we keep having to disassemble ours and put it back together very carefully to ensure that the hour hand is correctly positioned based on the minute hand. For example, at six o'clock, you can find that the minute hand is at 12, but the hour hand will be part-way between 6 and 7. This is correctable by unscrewing the hands until they are loose, moving the minute hand to a position appropriate for where the hour hand is, then tightening the screw. There are four possible positions you can snap the minute hand back into place for any given position of the hour hand. I guess our rough-playing toddler manages to force the hands past the stopper into one of the other positions. That said, our two-year-old falls asleep clutching his clock, so something is right with the design! :-D

Perfect for teaching time at hone
A great clock for teaching time. The minute hand only moves with the big hand so it shows the time correctly. The clock is smaller than I expected but it is actually a perfect size for children. I would not recommend it for class teacher due to its size. A great clock and would recommend for home use.

Great all round.
Pleased to hear from our 'young man' that they use this clock in school. We now have an excellent support tool to help with his learning to tell the time. Strongly made but we did have to explain the consequences of being heavy handed with the clock...our 'young man' tends to be impatient and also likes to dismantle things to see how they work/are made! We are happy, he is happy, so hoping for good results.

Nice, clear clockface
The pointers cannot be moved individually so liable to be broken quite easily.

È un orologio molto resistente. Ottimo per chi deve imparare l ora. Le lancette si spostano facilmente e i bimbi possono imparare con molta facilità.

Great tool to assist teaching how to tell time. The 2 hands are firmly attached such that you can set them to a time and not worry about them moving. Numbers are easy to see and read for a child. A little small if you were to place it somewhere for a child to look at, but when using to teach someone and it's right in front of them, the size is just right.
