De verdad que me hace sentir mejor , me lo indicó una Doctora y siempre acudo a él para mejorar mi sistema digestivo. El sabor es amargo no creo que le guste a muchas personas así que lo ideal es combinarlo con liquido qué disimule el sabor yo agrego 2 Oz a mis jugos verdes, pero ya para mi es un gusto adquirido así que también lo tomo en mi agua de vez en cuando.
