Sim balance does NOT rollover each month.
Contacted seller before ordering as sim is to be used in car tracker as txt only. Seller replied that balance would not expire each month and that it would rollover each month. Installed sim on 14th May and checked balance online. Balance showed expiration date of 14 June. NO rollover. Contacted seller and they now say that the default is to expire each month and it is up to me to contact Lebara sim to see if it can be changed to rollover. Quick response from supplier but they failed to point out rollover problem and now I have been left to deal with it on my own. I feel I have been misled and that supplier withheld vital info and now offers no further help. I can not recommend this supplier. First e-mail enquirery from supplier states no limit and balance roll over. Now I find that balance dose not rollover. Very disappointing. Very misleading.
