Money Saver (if you don't have a 220 outlet already)
We couldn't necessarily pay for an electrician for a new outlet (new, larger A/C). This allowed us to install the A/C using a regular outlet (and gives us the flexibility to move it to a different window if/when necessary). Super easy and simple to setup and use.

Worked once then blew the appliance
Bought 3 units. Used one and it works fine. Then used another and made sure it was triple the wattage needs for the appliance I was using. I have some electrical knowledge and also was already using the same model for other appliances. Used the second model for an appliance and it fried the appliance on the second use Used it with something else with lower load need and it kept tripping the breaker. Tried it on a different breaker and again it kept tripping even when I tried 2 separate appliances one at a time. I’m using a different unit for other electrical appliances and those are working just fine. Now I cannot get service because it is outside the window. What a waste of money.

Wire installation not difficult.
Had a large dent in the dent on arrival, and the heavy cylinder was loose. Works fine, but not tested at high wattage. Gets warm but not very hot. Not very noisy. Now to see how long it lasts!
