The cheese shaver works really well. The cheese shavings totally enhance the strong taste of the cheese. I would also recommend buying the clear dome cover.

The curler blade broke at the soldered area where is joins the attachment for the supportive middle pin. Very disappointing. And not able to get a replacment which is even more disappointing. And I see from other reviewers this is a common fault.
