Good Energy Gel for Marathon
Been using this for my long training runs (up to 20 miles) in the lead up to my first marathon. It has agreed with tummy so far. Gave me energy until I finished my run. Like this flavour.

I was able to extend my distance PB by using this over a half marathon. Took a gel every 5 km or so and didn't have any adverse affects on my stomach or GI system at all! Would recommend. Pack opens easily which is important during a run when your hands are wet. Tastes great.

Great product. Helped me fuel by half marathon. Bought it for about $40 CAD last time however now the price has shot up to $70 so moving moving on to other brands.
