I had to purchase this because I had a surgery coming up and also other things personal and I need the seat because I have a portable toilet that I had and the seat that's on there is horrible so when I saw this I'm like no way I read the reviews I looked at the pictures and I ordered it when I got it my husband install it really quick what I love about this is that you screw in this like three clips and you just screw it in the back and you just clip it on to where the toilet cover would be and that's your toilet see it's cushiony it's comfortable and not only that it's waterproof so let's say you need to take it into the shower it comes with a piece of the middle that you can remove and put back on so you know it's great I love it it's comfortable you can sit on it and not feel that uncomfortable feeling that comes with those portable toilets I'm grateful for the portable toilet excuse me but I'm telling you guys you need to get this this is a game changer for everybody whether you're young old and you can't get out of bed and you can't walk that far or if anything this is a game changer so I definitely definitely recommend this and it was worth the money really and thank you for the company who made it yay.

Fit well on standard commode. Just snaps on with two brackets. Takes less than 5 minutes to attach brackets and install on commode. Much more comfortable seat.

We recently needed to get a commode in order for me to use the bathroom due to an injury. Having never used a commode, I found that the few that I did try were very hard on the skin and the buttocks. It was very uncomfortable and it was almost like no one asked the user how they felt about the commode or the way it was set up. We decided to pick this cushion up in order to soften the blow, so to speak, and it seems to have worked fairly well. The cushion was firm, but did allow for some comfort now when getting on the commode And in the end, that’s really what we needed. The one negative I can report which may be something that can or cannot be corrected. Is the fact that when you get up the Skin stick to the cushion either from sweat or just from sticking and it can hurt when you try to stand, but I’ll take that little bit of pain over sitting on a commode that gives nothing but pain the whole time. I found this product to work pretty well and give it four stars with no hesitation and hopefully if you need it, you’ll get one too.

I absolutely love this seat replacement! I am mad that I didn’t buy it sooner! Super easy to swap out the old hard, flimsy plastic seat with this one. Just had to put two screws on the base, and it snapped right on my Drive commode chair. It is easy to clean with wipes and is way more comfortable for my Mom. I don’t typically use the middle piece. The only thing I don’t like is that it moves too easily on the bar, and will slam down when lowering. All and all great purchase. I just hope the vinyl cover lasts long without cracking.

This product was too big for the bedside commode. It is also too hard. My 99 year old mom couldn’t bare the hardness. I gave it a one star because the site wouldn’t let me send my message without choosing a star rating

Easily assembled, clearly quality construction, but too firm for a <90 lb. person with no fat on their backside. It would likely be more beneficial than the inflatable styles for someone with balance issues. Otherwise, it appeared to be a quality product at a fair price.

I am an elderly senior, and I find this cushion to be very comfortable. No pinching. Easy to clean and easy to install! Took about 3 minutes. Far superior to the seat that came with the chair

The seat is very light but covered in a cover that is very easy to wipe clean. The cushion is comfortable for sitting for shorter periods of time such as for 10-15 minutes. However, it's not so comfortable if you have to sit on it for 45-50 minutes such as when an SCI patient needs to use it. If you need to use this for recovery from a surgery, it works great but if you are an individual with a disability, go for something from.a DME company that is meant for long term sitting.

The seam on the back of the seat was not sealed properly and wood was showing through. (I could see this right from the clear plastic wrap that encased it) From this, I could also see that it is a very tiny layer of vinyl or whatever they use to cover the whole thing and probably wouldn't hold up very long anyway. Would likely fall apart after a short period of time and use.
