I love this soft toothbrush!!!
I switched from using the Nimbus toothbrush to using this one, the Oral-B extra soft small head size toothbush, and it is heaven, pure heaven to use this Oral-B toothbrush. I've used many types of Oral-B toothbrushes in the past, but never an extra soft one. I have such problem teeth: missing teeth, more crowns than regular teeth, and more. I thought using the harder toothbrush would help whiten my teeth, but I think it was just causing me more trouble with my gums and more. This soft toothbrush is wonderful!

Brush teeth too hard?
I tend to brush too hard, and my enamel isn't as thick as it once was, so my teeth are more sensitive than they used to be. This extra soft brush helps to stave off the sensitivity, and hopefully save the enamel I have left. Love these brushes - Oral-B Complete Sensitive Toothbrush #35 Extra Soft.

The right brush for those that brush often and have sensitive gums.
If you brush your teeth often during the day, these Extra Soft brushes are what you need to protect your gums. The brush wears and deforms more quickly but I replace it every month or so.

Best Toothbrush Ever!
My dentist gave me one of these at the office. I have receding gums and she felt I may be brushing too hard. So, she gave me the Oral B Complete Sensitive Toothbrush (ES). I tried this toothbrush and found that it is the softest toothbrush I have ever used! It is like something I have never used before. It cleans my teeth, yet it is soft and actually feels wonderful on my teeth and gums. It makes me want to brush more and longer. It makes brushing a very pleasant experience. I love it and highly recommend it to everyone.
