TONG Sewing Thread 30 Colors 250 Yards Each Coil

Very happy with multi-color selection: i can never find the right color of thread at home! This pack is huge, the threads are sturdy and easy to fit in a needle. Not easy to break. Holds well. Very pleased with the purchase.

This is a great pack featuring many colours. Will be using this for repairs as I’m always ruining my clothes. The black colour will be great for my ripped jeans. Happy with the price and the quality.

Largely found this product to be fine. Packaging: The threads come packaged in two layers of plastic, the first being a thick shrink-wrap and the second being a plastic bag typical of craft bags, with a flap and one strip of adhesive. There were no indications of if the thickest plastic could be recycled, so bare this in mind if you like to recycle your plastic waste. The threads themselves seem reasonably standard given the price point. The ends can fray a bit more than say a single strand of DMC thread, and there can be moments where it is hard to find the end, but nothing which would make these a bad product. Do note that I have used them for hand embroidery only, so would not be able to speak to their durability on a sewing machine or spool. I would say they're most likely to perform the same, though one should consider if being a bit rough with them (or any rougher than you would be with a typical thread) could lead to a higher change of breakages. Have not had any issues with tangling as of yet, but I tend to keep mine wound when not in use.

Should of known with price,but sometimes you get a bargain! But this isn't one,the threads are thin,fluffy and break easy,and cannot use most of them because can't find the ends of the thread.

Love the variety of colours and when making various projects means I don't have to hunt for matching thread, it's all to hand. Only small piece of criticism is that I find when using in the sewing machine I get bits of fluff coming off it which can jam the machine

Quick delivery and good strong thread, couple of pinks that I won't use(not a TuTu kind of guy) but I have used them to learn how to use my machine, the quality seems very good, only managed to snap the thread once and that was my fault when filling the small bobbin for the bottom thread(muppet), great value all round.

Die Spulen riechen sehr stark und unangenehm - auch nach über einem halben Jahr! Die Spulen haben insgesamt keine gute Qualität. Der Faden reißt, es ergibt kein schönes Stichbild. Da mit anderem, hochwertigen Garn alles super ist (nichts reißt, das Stichbild ordentlich ist und die Maschine auch keinen Stoff frisst) kann es nur an diesem minderwertigen Faden liegen. Finger weg, ganz klar keine Kaufempfehlung - Geldverschwendung! Inzwischen bin ich keine Nähanfängerin mehr und kann nur jedem Anfänger empfehlen, lieber etwas mehr für eine Grundausstattung an Garnen auszugeben. Vielleicht sind hier auch andere Onlineanbieter/-versandanbieter besser geeignet.
