Good product
The support works quite well, and helped me to stand up at work all day, with no much pain in my legs, although needed to movecitcslihtly through the day as it made my keg quite warm and itchy, but stopped the pain worth the money.

Very comfortable and definitely helping knee!
Had tried a tubular support previously and wasn’t impressed as even though bought the large size it still was uncomfortable around thigh area. It was easy to put on and you can tighten it to suit if feel needing more support. I find it very comfortable to wear, giving the knee good support and I feel knee is already getting better after a few days of wearing. Only criticism is that the material isn’t very breathable so can feel a bit sweaty when had for a day but this is a minimal issue and otherwise very happy with it! Highly recommend

Good quality
Was recommended to buy this from a physio therapist at hospital. Does it's job, supports the knee well. Just don't wear it 24/7. Best to wear when resting, sitting down or sleeping. Don't wear when walking about as it digs in. But that's how the physio told me to wear it anyhow. It is good at supporting but can get a little tight if left on for too long. It's not made to be worn long term. Good quality materials

Difficult to recommend
Item is good quality and easy to fit. It offers good adjustment and makes knee feel supported. Main problem is that it slips down unless fitted very tightly. This may in part be due to the shape and size of my legs, but I doubt it. Overall I'm not convinced that it helps in any meaningful way and the slippage is irritating.

A Good Place to Start
I have severe osteoarthritis in my knees, and, like another of the reviewers, rather fat legs. I have to say that the pictures of slim, muscular legs and descriptions of 'one size fit most' on many of these products were making me pretty cross. When swollen and inflamed, my measurements are: Above knee/lower thigh 26"/66 cm; just under knee 21"/53 cm; upper calf 21.5"/54.5 cm. When I took my measurements and looked at other knee supports which claimed to provide extra large sizes, they didn't go up big enough, so I bought this support in desperation! When done up, it feels quite tight and I can only wear it for a few hours, but it does the job, providing support and lovely warmth (although admittedly slightly sweaty - I dance in it!). It feels secure, doesn't shift much and still allows a good range of movement. I found it reduced my pain level and provided more strength and stability. It's quite chunky, fitting under loose trousers, but still visible, partly because I can't comfortably do up the middle strap behind the knee and usually leave it folded back on itself. The upper and lower straps are at their limit (you don't want any of the velcro fasteners to touch your skin as it feels scratchy and irritating). So I think probably my measurements are the maximum size to which it will stretch. I hand wash with a little washing liquid or shower gel, rinse, squeeze out most of the moisture and then hang it over the bath overnight, then hang it closer to the radiator to finish drying. I haven't tried it in a washing machine, but I expect that it would cope with a 'delicates' wash cycle providing you do up all the velcro straps so that they don't stick to anything else. All in all, this was a good place to start. Given the difference using a knee support makes, I am amazed that my GP, consultant and physiotherapist haven't suggested using them and provided guidance on what to look for, something I shall take up with them at my next review! I'm going to try one or two other supports, but may well come back to get another of these.
