I've had a few of these cases and can confidently advise that this is a beautiful soft genuine leather case, lovely to hold, well made and meets my requirements to hold my Golf R car key. I qualify the car key model because you never quite know whether each specific key will fit or not, or at least I struggled to establish this when looking to buy a case. These types of key holders - this size and design - best suit keyless entry car keys where you are looking for a bit of protection and a less slippery and nice leather coat for your key. I've also wrapped the car key in cling film. Yes, sounds obsessive, but I once ruined a key fob getting it wet and it was an expensive error. My key is now waterproof and protected from dropping, I've not taken it out in the two months since I collected the car, but the buttons could still be pressed through the cling film if ever required. I wouldn't buy this if I had to unzip my car key every time I wanted to unlock / lock my car though. Sent promptly by the seller.

Originally bought to prevent holes being worn in my pockets from carrying a bunch of keys. This - just about - comfortably holds three standard size keys. I did decide to upgrade the two rings at either end of the chain (running between the keys and the case) to 15mm split rings, as the existing one(s) looked like they might work themselves open at a later date. The chunky carabiner(?) clip at the top is probably not necessary as it's kept in a pocket, and not clasped to anything. Has a quality feel to it regarding its construction; looks more like something you'd keep the keys to your top-of-the-range Mercedes in, rather than common-or-garden Yale keys.

Well made, compact, stylish key pouch. I only keep 2 keys in it but it could easily take more. I like the fact that the keys are fully contained in the pouch (they could stick out the end of my previous, more open, one) so no chance of the keys making holes in my trouser pocket!

Best way to protect the key.

This works great for storing our car key and attaching it to our other bunch of keys. It is good quality and well made.

Nice little case for my Mercedes key. Got rid of the massive shackle which is overkill in my opinion. Update (July 2018): Sadly the zip broke and couldn't be mended - so I have ordered another one (give them another chance) as I like the case it is not too bulky and fits my key perfectly. Hope this one lasts longer. I have kept the rating at 4 stars, but may well adjust if the zip goes on my new one.

Its only just big enough for house keys, but thats fine unless you have loads of them or own a farm. Genuinely good build quality, premium looks, nice chunky spring loaded clip. I've had people paw it and admire it. If you want to stop a small bunch of keys getting tangled up in the lining of your clothes then look no further, buy this.

To be honest I bought this in error as I was after a shield for my keyless car key. It was in the middle of those listings and foolishly I didn’t check. It is a well made, stylish item and I am sure it will suit some people . I tried it in my other keyed car but when the key is in the ignition it hangs down on the chain and bangs on my knee. Not for me really . Sorry to say.

Etui , est très bien, cependant l’œillet s'est détaché et la chaînette n'est pas des plus solide non plus. Dommage, je suis allée chez le cordonnier, impossible de remettre un œillet car pas assez d'espace pour passer une pince, finalement, j'ai mis une autre chaînette attachée à la sangle extérieur... Dommage !

Die Verarbeitung ist gut, und lässt sich gut schließen. So baumeln die Schlüssel nicht herum. Der Hacken aber ist sehr grob und groß, und macht die Anhängertasche gefühlt größer und schwerer.

Bought a different brand initially, in the small. Was too small for my key fob--could squeeze in but was concerned the zipper teeth would chew into my key fob over time. Decided to get the larger one in that brand and then noticed that this brand was the same thing, but a little cheaper. Ordered one, fit my key fob well--glad I got the larger size. Then bought a second one to fit the other key fob. Quality product. Since I have keyless entry and start, I don't have to take my key fob out of this case in most circumstances. I put this case into a bigger RFID bag--this case is slim enough for that purpose--another case I got was too bulky. Only con is that the out attachment thing cannot be removed--but that's OK.
