Effective Colic Relief – Easy to Use, Worth Trying!
Infacol contains simeticone, an antiflatulent that helps break down gas bubbles in the stomach, making it easier for babies to expel trapped wind. It worked really well for my baby. The drops have a slight tangerine scent, and the dropper is very easy to use. My only complaint is that the bottle is made from white plastic and the liquid is white as well, making it difficult to see how much is left, especially in dim lighting.

Good product. Worth buying.
So I have my second child. I have to say it is a very good product. Save my little ones a lot of crying. Work really well if you breastfeeding and eating gassy food. Used with not all feeds as per leaflet but when needed and works as a dream. Sometimes I used it for myself too if i feel bloated. I don't know if it is only me but looks like it helps with reflux too. But it is my, personal opinion. ...and it taste of orange🍊🍊🍊, not like gripe water 🤮

Works for our daughter
It helps that’s for sure. Our baby daughter is only 2 weeks has pretty bad reflux despite putting on weight and growing. We have changed her bottles to anti colic ones and she is also on the best formula for her. She is really difficult to wind as she hardly brings any wind up but this has helped a bit to reduce that. We give this before every feed and she can at least now bring some of that wind up and it’s also helped to reduce the amount of reflux happening and her discomfort after feeding. She still gets reflux from time to time but there is a marked improvement.

It really works! But it is not miraculous just by itself
I'm a pharmacist in Portugal and I bought this for my 2nd baby (the first took another medicine with simeticone but didn't make much difference :/ ) We give it to her before every feeding (7-9 times a day). Recently we upgraded and started giving 2 pipettes from 18p.m. to 2a.m. due to her showing more G.I. discomfort during the night, and, miraculously she started pooping alone and twice a day!! We notice a huge difference between our two daughters in the colic issue. But I don't think that it is all due to Infacol: we changed the bottles from Avent to Dr Brown's, the formula from Aptamil Comfort to Capricare (goat milk) and the probiotic from Biogaia to Lactibiane (and keep the tummy's massage and the "gymnastics"). All together it's what I believe to be the secret for a happy baby without colics :) We wished there was a combo like this for the teeth phase!
