Best white for coverage!
For years I have struggled with a variety of white markers, acrylic paints etc., to use for highlighting my work, and in every case the colour underneath will bleed through, even after the application of a fixative. This paint is truly opaque. It is also quite thick and stands being diluted if you wish. You can blend it out for subtle highlights as in my photo of print-outs of a small drawing I have done, which I then coloured with Distress Oxide inks and Tombow Dual Brush markers (all water-based). Using a fine brush, it went on really smoothly. It has no smell. I have not yet tried it for lettering but am sure I will not be disappointed. For mixed media work, this paint is going to be essential, and always to hand! It is quite expensive, but you get what you pay for - a top quality product. There is also sufficient quantity to keep me going for a long time. Highly recommended.

Brilliant white, not opaque and can be used to enhance white on projects. 👍
Great to do watercolour and more intense white on page. Tried on numerous projects and its brilliant.

To thick to paint
I thought that it would be runny like paint but mine wasn't it is realy thick it won't paint unless its thinned out.. dont know if its ment to be thick or if it was a dodgy batch . Anyway thinned out it does the job just a bit of a f... on 🙄

Lovely for white splashes!
Great ink, when slightly watered down, for white splashes on a painting. Also works well using a rigger ( long, thin, very flexible paint brush) for fine white lines, outlines etc. Can be used with metal embossing tools for dots. Very bright white, takes a while to dry, but very effective.

The best white!
This is the best white I've tried. Truly opaque when used with no water. Great for details over watercolour or acrylics. This is certainly better than my bottle of supposedly opaque white fluid acrylic and better than my white acrylic pens too. So pleased I decided to try it after reading the reviews here.

Excellent coverage
A thick, gouache-like paint that covers well. It has a warm creamy tint to it so doesn't disappear as well as tippex does, but it is good to draw over with ink as soon as it's dry. I compared it to Windsor & Newton Process White which is very similar. Although they look identical when dry, the Ph Martin covers slightly better, and a line drawn in ink spreads less than on the W&N, so matches the lines on untreated paper better.

Excellent product. When it gets to dry to use I added 1/4 tsp of purified-distilled water and mixed with a tiny whisk (i have for mixing homemade products) It is creamy and wet again. Wonderful product. Ive had this for a year and 1/2 and just added water today.

Alles in allem: klare Empfehlung!
