Fabulous all inclusive vitamin
I was recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis & my PCP told me to start taking Vit D, Ca, Zinc, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Copper & Selenium. Super D has all but the Phosphorus & Magnesium. It has calcium, but not the RDA amount for Osteoporosis so I still have to add Ca supplements. I happy to be able to get so many of my needed requirements in one tablet. The tabs are small, easy to swallow & no foul taste.

70 dry pills, they look like a few less but I counted them myself and there were 70. The bottle came with a cotton swab inside, that is standard procedure to protect the pills, I removed it so no extra humidity could get into the bottle. The effect they had was instantaneous. No more muscle spasms, mind fog or lack of appetite from day 1. For context I had been getting the recommended amount of sunlight but it didn’t do anything of the sort, even my exam results came out “normal” but I would still feel like my body didn’t have enough. Though be warned, if you have lived your whole life with lack of appetite and it’s due to vitamin D deficiency, you will feel a primal hunger you have never felt before. It is uncomfortable at times, but it reminds me that my body is alive. I feel alive.
