Price was right , printing is on point. Nothing to dislike it well worth the money . Until I used it the 4th time and everything went South and you can’t read the lines of print.went back through all the Set up & maintenance requirements and still Not working properly. And now I can even get it replaced. Been a good customer for years! This is wrong..

EDITED TO ADD: it won't recognize 3rd party cartriges. It prompted me to do a firmware update, and suddenly is stuck on an error that the black ink cartridge can't be recognized, and it won't print anything. The ink is insanely expensive for this machine. I have been using this printer for personal household use for a couple of months. I do not work from home or print lots of documents. I do not print photos or any other print jobs that would use up a lot of ink. After about 50 print pages, I received popup notice on my computer that I need to replace all the ink cartridges soon. I thought it was glitching and ignored it. A couple weeks later, the printer refused to execute my print job because it said the black ink was empty! The value of this printer is in the toilet if I have to replace the ink every few months. Very disappointed.

The instructions that come with the printer are not very good. However, once you figure them out, the printer works like a charm.

Purchased WF -2960. Great value, easy to set up. Print quality excellent, print speed is great, double sided printing is fast. Printing not loud.

Very easy to install and ready to use right away!

This printer functions well as a scanner. It prints okay - when you can get it work. Often, when you try to print, it just spits out multiple blank pages until it finally jams. So, you have to clear the jam and throw way the crumpled pages. Then repeat this process, over and over. Even when it does work successfully, it always wastes a couple of pages. I was already frustrated with this printer, but today it downloaded an update and suddenly it decided that it doesn't recognize the ink cartridges and will not work until I replace all the (almost full) cartridges. I've had decent luck with Epson in the past, but I will never buy another Epson printer.

Print speed was very fast and quality of print was very good great value for the money. Set up nothing to it and wireless was the best part

If you are getting this then I belive you are printing very very very often. If yes, this review is not for you. Pros: This printer has a lot of technology in it. Lot's of options to connect to it and lots of wireless features like cloud upload, email to print, etc. Also, the print quality is decent if not the best I would say. Clear scans (read more ahead). Cons: With the good things discussed, this machine is just a money grabber created by epson. The Cartridges, dry up faster than any spirit. The initialization ones are a gimmick which will print higher quality prints. I ordered the expensive replacement cartridges original epson, the print quality is different. The wireless connection takes ages to print scan or copy as well. After printing a couple of papers , the cartridges are already at half, if this is how it works, the printing cost per paper is way too high than what is claimed by the company. Most of the time, the system times out or paper gets stuck in automatic paper feeder for scanning. What I don't understand is if the features are not stable, why release such gimmicky features at low prices? Stay away from these kind of money mongers from Epson and rather invest in an entry level laser or chose other brands. I've used, other brands in the past and even entry level one's are not this bad. Edit: After 5-6 months, even the tech and connectivity options are not so reliable. Scanning a document takes multiple attempts and sometimes 10 minutes to just be able to scan a single document. Once my cartridge dried and the scanner stopped working too. No ideas why. Replaced the cartridge and everything started working. I’ve moved to a base hp printer and I’m much satisfied as it served the purpose.
