Used To Attach Double Gang Box To A Pole
I used this outdoors to attach a double gang electric box to a 2” pole. Holes in the electric box don’t line up perfectly with this bracket but still worked for my application.

Good mount for two cameras on fence
I've got two WYZE cameras on this attached to the top of a chain link fence. My cameras were constantly slipping and it was really irritating. This platform was easy to install and my cameras haven't slipped once since I installed it about 6 months ago. I'm buying another one for a second fence section.

Well made and sturdy
I use this to attach an outdoor tv antenna to a plumbing vent pipe. I attach it to the vent pipe, then screw clamps into it used to hold electrical conduit, I put a 1 inch by 8 foot antenna mast up, tighten it down with the clamps, and I have very simply erected tv antenna. If you thought that putting up a tv antenna was going to be too difficult, this product will make it easy.

NOT the best to use on poles LESS than 1.25 inch (30mm) in diameter.
The description should state that it will NOT work as well on poles LESS than 1.25 inch (30mm) in diameter. That is because the vertical edges of the curved black part (the plate) are meant to press on the pole to keep it stable, but they can't do that if the pole diameter is too small. (Buying smaller hose clamps will not help that.) The hose clamps are Stainless Steel but the black part is regular steel with a good coat of black (powder?) paint. However, the screw holes have no paint so I expect them to rust over time. (That might not be a problem for people who don't expect to ever change what is mounted to it though.) The black part is thick and strong.

Exactly what I needed
used this to mount an antenna mast on the side of my camper. Worked very well for what I needed.

good size, bad threading
right size for pole mounting IP cameras like NEST or ARLO, BUT screw threading is so bad that I needed to re-TAP every screw hole with 1/4" - 20 tapping tool. knock off 2 stars for that inconvenience.
