Solution works well, SPRAYER DOES NOT. AND RETURNING IS EXPENSIVE AND DIFFICULT
I'M RETURNING THE SPRAYER BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK AND THEY DID NOT OFFER AN SOLUTION. And, I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK. TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

PROPER USE OF PRODUCT
I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT WITH THE HOPE THAT WHEN I SPRAYED THE FLIED ON THE DRIVEWAY IT WOULD PREVENT SNOW FROM BEING IN THE SPRAY AREA!!! i USED IT TWO TIMES WHEN WE HAD A LIGHT COATING OF SNOW.....I FEEL IT DID NOT WORK! i GUESS i AM TOO LATE IN RETURNING THE SPRAYER AND UNUSED LIQUID. i GUESS I WILL NOT THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE USE OF THE PRODUCT THIS SEASON AS THE CHANCE OF A SNOW IS NOT TO BE!!! i HOPE THE LIQUID WILL STILL BE USABLE NEXT WINTER. i AM GOING TO USE THE SPRAYER WITH A LIQUID ON MY NEW LAWN TO PROMOTE GROWTH!!!

Sprayer is weak
We used this for the first time this week put four new D batteries in it my husband was very surprised that it did not spray with much force he’s going to go back to his hand pump to get the pressure he needs. I bought this for my husband because he has had hand surgery and thought it would save him from having to use his hand

Great company
USPS damaged the gallon jugs and we only received the sprayers. Company worked with me to get new liquid salt to us. The sprayers are nice and work well tried them with water. We have not had ice yet so I can not commit on it yet, however I am sure it will work as they describe it. Outstanding customer service.
