Works well for sleep
Very effective for getting me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I had some old ones that also worked - lol. Just bought a new bottle and they are less smelly. And work well. I take two.

Will help you sleep!!
This products beats all the other sleep help pills i have tried. I started out by splitting the pill to try it. Slept great, and my foot neuropathy does not wake me up. When i do get up for a bathroom break i have no trouble getting back to sleep. Highly recommend!!

Refreshed and restored upon waking
Fantastic. I have used Banyan Botanicals since 2006. I trust what they create. I was taking Thorne sleep concoction also tried ltjeanine etc and this is the only thing that works and I feel refreshed and rested when I wake up! No weird feeling or headache. Feel awesome because I sleep great again!!

Great for wandering mind
These work great. I have a wandering mind and these help immensely in controlling that. Whether before bed or if I wake up in the middle of the night they help to settle my mind and help me sleep. I never feel drowsy in the morning even if I take in the middle of the night.
