I love almost everything about this! I have another travel dongle that I used to carry with me, but that one didn't have a USB or ethernet port, yet was about the same size. However, I do wish that the ethernet port were something else, like another USB port or maybe a game cartridge storage slot or something like that, only because the Ethernet Port is mostly obsolete nowadays. I say mostly because I do recognize that there is still some utility / application for ethernet, but even those applications can be solved with a portable wifi hotspot with a LAN port (which I also carry around with me). The fact is: you're more likely to encounter a hotel with a wifi login portal than you are to encounter a hotel with an ethernet port that actually works. Nonetheless, I didn't take a star off because of this, but it's something I would like to see in future versions of this product.

It looks nice and cute in faux leather, but it doesn’t actually work. I tried two different USB C cables and two different HDMI cables. I tried the ones that came with my switch and other brands and it will charge but won’t display anything onto the TV. They should also supply an HDMI cord or at least a charging cord. Especially since it seems to have issues connecting.

I purchased this hoping it would work great for both a Switch and a Steamdeck, it works fantastic for the Switch but has a few bugs with the Steamdeck. When connected to the Steamdeck the picture is great, and runs smoothly atleast at 1080p 40hz refreshrate. But i noticed it wasnt charging the Deck. I unplugged and plugged back in, switched chargers, etc and it would still drain the battery. Only when i restarted the deck, and launched the game did it start charging (VERY SLOWLY). I unplugged and connected the switch no problems and started charging the switch and played for a little to see if it would stop charging but it continued working. I jumped back onto the deck and the image came on screen but it wasnt charging again. I unplugged it plugged it back in and back to slowly charging the deck. I travel alot and a mini dock that works for both systems is important, i love the size, and the aesthetics which matchs both my systems. I will continue to use this dock for traveling, but be warned the charging is a slight pain for the Steamdeck.

Love the look and design, love that the usb c folds under the leather, great design, looks amazing. Best looking aftermarket dock I have seen, so easy to travel with, love the small size, seems to be really good quality, have used a while and it works fantastic. Has usb to charge controllers as well. Does everything I wanted for a portable dock, and is very compact, and looks great. This is the perfect aftermarket dock for my needs, I really like it.

I picked this up as a way to add Dex Mode for my S22 or Nintendo Switch alternate location without moving the official dock. After testing both, and seeing that they both work, I am happy with it. I would advise getting a power adapter that can output at least the 39W that Nintendo's official one does, and I'm using a 100W adapter. I remember there was a scare about 3rd party docks bricking switched but this one is working fine so far. This dock is smaller than I thought looking at the pictures, which is nice. The down side for me is that there is only 1 USB so I have to use a hub if I want to connect an external keyboard and mouse to the S22. Not a big deal, so still 5 stars.

This dock is amazing. The first thing that surprised me was the look and feel of it. I thought it was just going to be plastic but it actually has a Faux leather cover on it and the USB C cable is nicely hidden under that cover so this thing is super portable. I have another dock from a different company that is faily portable but this thing is like a quarter of the size of that so it is way more appealing to take it on vacation. It's great because it has everything that you need to hook your switch up to a tv with the exception of an HDMI cable (you have to provide that on your own) but it's such a small package and great for bringing on vacation to play with the family. This is honestkly my new favorite switch dock, so i'm really hoping that it is durable!

As far as how it looks, it's beautiful. The faux leather look really works here. The top is magnetic and snaps closed and holds, this housing has the USB-C male connection. Note that this doesn't come with a power supply, so you will have to get that separate. Has an RJ-45 (Ethernet), USB-C (for connection to switch and power input), HDMI output for TV and a USB-3.0 jack for accessories. I have my main dock in the man cave downstairs, but have this setup upstairs for when I play with the girlfriend, this works great to allow simply moving the main Switch console, just make sure to get a power supply (40W min, USB-C) to go with this. Recommended!

Le ventilateur de ma vieille switch fonctionnait au ralenti, et toutes les 30 min, elle devait se mettre en veille pour cause de surchauffe (elle était vraiment brûlante ), je sais que je pourrais le remplacer, mais j'ai peur de l'abimer, alors j'ai acheté un support ventilé pour pc portable, un ventilateur de refroidissement externe EEEKit et ce produit, car pour moi la station d'accueil officielle de la switch est une aberration, car elle empêche à la chaleur de se dissiper en prenant la switch en sandwich. Depuis que j'ai fait cette installation, j'ai pu finir Totk à 100% en plein été, en jouant parfois plus de 10H d'affilé dans une pièce à 30° sans que ma switch ne chauffe, en la touchant je la trouvais même froide.

Jetzt kann meine Großmutter im Altenheim ihr Murmelspiel spielen. Auch wenn sie sagt, dass das ein sehr hässliches Brillenetui ist, finde ich dass es seinen Dienst einwandfrei verrichtet. Die Verarbeitung ist präzise, das Material wertig, die Funktionalität einwandfrei.

The unit works when it works but sometimes you need tree or four times before the pic actually goes through, everything looks great and never looses connection when it finally gone through. This dock is great for a stereo tv set but if you want surround, it's a no go I just couldn't get it to push surround through, then I switched back to the Oled dock and surround worked perfectly, s itched back, no go... Had hdmi 2.1 cables and hdmi 2.0 and 1.4 none of them worked with this dock to get surround. It's irritating as it should pass Atmos and everything but since the switch is a 5.1 PCM using no Dolby, it's different. We will keep it for travel and the stereo tv for the kids but it's a no go if you want to get surround support through this dock, it just doesn't work, no matter what I did. Buy at your own risk.
