Bought after an accident these were really comfortable and cooling to reduce swelling and with fasteners keeps them in place where you need the cooling

Was fed up using several bags frozen peas to ice my post op ankle so bought this, did not disappoint, highly recommend

I recently broke my foot & the Consultant advised me to put ice on it 4 times a day. I purchased this product & it brought the swelling down considerably. It is easy to use & was very comfortable. Would highly recommended X

Great ankle ice pack for problematic ankles,gets very cold in freezer does the job really well.

Most ice packs just wrap around the ankle this has a base to go on sole of foot brilliant

The product was great, but after 5/6wks of use it started to leak. Which was very disappointing

These packs are useless using both gel and the “furry” side. The furry side is useless as that just warms up quickly due to your body heat. There are warnings in the box that advise not to keep them too long in case you get frostbite. However, this pack has been in the freezer for 4 hours and despite that, the pack stays cool for 5-10 minutes maximum. I will leave the packs in the freezer overnight tonight and try again tomorrow. If no improvement, I’ll be sending them back as so far they appear to be a complete waste of money…..

Après une chute de vélo, j'ai une triple fracture, entorse et arrachements ligamentaires. Pas de plâtre car pas de déplacement mais douleurs et pied super chaud. Cette botte est géniale pour abaisser la température et accompagner ma guérison. Le froid soulage presque instantanément. Bien sûr, j'accompagne de massages aux huiles essentielles appropriées et de bains chauds et froids dans une bassine car la botte ne suffit pas à elle seule. il en faudrait plusieurs. Bon achat. La botte est douce à l'intérieur et assez ergonomique pour épouser toutes les formes de pieds. En outre, elle s'ouvre quasi complètement pour s'adapter encore plus facilement. Les élastiques de serrage sont très pratiques. Je mets une note de 5 étoiles sur 5 car c'est très justifié. Le paquet est arrivé à temps. Tout est parfait...
