These light-weight knives work great on any spread including butter, cheese, jam, cookie/cake icing, etc. The knives are easy to use and clean up easily. I noticed the end of the knife near the handle is a bit sharp.

Good, but will slightly rust like many "stainless steel" products, so be careful and don't throw in the dishwasher and just hand wash to keep quality up.

These are great little knives for charcuterie boards or to keep around a cheese or cheese spread bowl. I loved everything about them, but the boss thought they'd be longer, so they went back. The tongs are good for the charcuterie board, too, but too short to use in a jar. Anyway, good price, good product.

These butter knives are elegant and love the edges they are sharper not to point to cut you but good enough fot butter if if cold to cut though.

These are AWFUL - first use - washed and RUSTED. Tried to write Seller - told it was Amazon and Amazon said - no replacement and no refund. This is theft!
