Fits the jabra evolve2 65 perfectly, padding is comfortable. One of the pads arrived with the seam coming undone, the long-term durability is questionable.

Easy to replace
I had a headset with worn out earpads. I was told just to throw them out and order new ones. Well, that seemed like a waste, so I found these. They were super easy to replace, and they're comfortable. Much cheaper than replacing a headset that otherwise works well.
