Helps me sleep
This pack of 40 was a good value. I think I only paid around $5. I find that I can use the item more than one evening. Seems to help me sleep. Easy enough to use, you just place it in your belly button.

Can't tell is they work. I shoved one in my belly button, thinking that's how you put it on. But it was very difficult getting it out!!!! Had to poke the hell out of my bellybutton to take it out.

Perfect at home moxi treatment
Love these, especially for bloating and period cramps. They were recommended to me by my naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist. She normally uses an actual mugwort treatment/moxi, but these are the perfect replacement when I’m on the go.

I struggle with sleep, as well as my fiance. We have tried everything. This works! It is strange sticking it your navel.

Does not adhere securely to navel area. A waste of money. Unfortunately, I opened & used. So I could not return. I do not recommend this product.
