Great product! Mine was the black one. It came with a simple instruction manual. Easy to operate. It does require 4 AAA batteries that were not included. I definitely recommend this product.

I've had this a bit over a year and it seems like the battery has died and the key fob does not work, which means it cannot be opened. There was no warning the battery was low. Also, there is no customer service number to be found. We may have to resort to breaking it somehow to get our stuff out of it.

Very disappointed with this junk safe drawer, I bout July/7/2023 and today is August/3/2023 less than a month and it wouldn’t respond to my PIN number or Fingerprint, I replaced the batteries and I also tried with the supplied usb cable. It was working when I first received it, but for the price I paid $90 it should last for a while, I wouldn’t recommend buying this piece of junk, don’t waste your money, I wish I could return but I’m out of town. This shouldn’t be sold on Amazon

Great drawer, I personally got it for my poker table for chips/cash but can serve baby other purposes. The fingerprint sensor and keypad can be a little finicky but it's still functional and reliable. Rollers are strong and you can definitely put a lot of weight in it, but apply thread locker to the screws for the drawer rollers I had multiple times the screws came loose over the last year.

This is so durable and easy to use.

Good product easy install well made

first time i bought a finger print safe mounted under my desk. Thank one day i decide to check on some stuff. It would not read my finger print. I dont know how to open it it now does not have a key to open this safe. I'm waiting on a saw that i have to buy to cut the darn thing ope that going to leave a big mess not to mention prob going to damage my desk! Don't buy this. O for some of you thinking maybe the battery was not changed out. I change the battery every 6 month even if the battery is still good fyi. If the owner of this company could help me find a way to open it without destroy everything that be a great help. let see if you get back to me.
