Terrible packaging
I sent some to my daughter and some to myself. Both cases the bottom of the vials comes off and you lose all the contents. My daughters vials came apart in the box during shipping and my files came apart during use, but in both cases we lost all the contents. Manufacturer needs to fix this.

Works
Have used this 2x so far. I didn't really have high hopes but my ends do feel thicker! Took me awhile to figure out how to open it. (You just snap the top of the ampule to the side and the cap comes off.) My hair does seem a little dry on the day I use it but otherwise no problems and will continue to use this weekly!
