Worth the price
I was looking for a compact stove that was within my budget and still was a quality product. The Four Winds falls into both of those categories. It has its limitation's, but overall it works well. Light weight, compact, haven’t experienced any leakage, simple design that deploys easily, good adjustable flame, and so far no issues. The only con I really have is while using smaller cookware it can be a balancing act. I’ve alleviated that by using a small grill grate that’s supported by the attached cookware supports. Works better for cooking on uneven surfaces too. Do your own research too as different types of fuels perform better and have limitations at different weather temperatures, altitudes, and have different boiling points. Butane, which this stove uses, has difficulty vaporizing in cold weather below 32 degrees, so keeping your butane canister warm is helpful. Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend to my friends and family.

Fabulous invention
My family loves the outdoors and camping, and although we are plagued with mounds of snow, we tried this outside and even though the temps were frigid, this worked really well. Now it will much more enjoyable during warmer months. This is such a small little compact stove, I honestly didn't think it would be able to do all it claimed. But to my pleasant surprise, this little guy gets the job done. It's relatively easy to set up, but I do implore you to please read and heed the instructions so you can safely operate this mini camp stove. The butane does come in a can, which just twists into this genius apparatus. Below, I will highlight some of the factors I considered before selecting this particular one. *SIZE: this is very lightweight which is ideal for camping - dimensions for your reference: 6"L x 6"W x 5"H *Weight:0.6 lbs *Output: 9200 BTU/hr *Carrying case EVA *push button start Overall, I find they did an absolutely outstanding job creating this compact outdoors stove. My family will thoroughly enjoy this come summer. It is a very solid construction and it's apparent they used fine grade material. This could also be very helpful in some emergency situations, like needing to boil water, etc. So yes, very helpful and useful. Therefore, I do recommend this amazing camp stove to other consumers, based on my complete satisfaction of this camp stove. Thank you for reading my review, I do hope it was helpful. :)

One of the best camping stove.
Been camping most of my life and I can't remember how many lightweight portable stove I have collected over the years. Went thru so many brands like Coleman, Soto, K-One, Camp Chef, and Partner Steel. Though I haven't tested this out in the wilderness yet. I tested this on my kitchen table with a fresh butane canister. It is imperative that you read the instructions and understand how to setup the legs and arms so it can safety support your cookware. The instructions is detail and clear. I threw a full pot of water in my old tried and true kettle and it was able to boil the whole kettle over 20 ounces of water in about 5 minutes. Keep in mind I'm not in the higher elevation so your result may vary. Once of the cool feature about this stove is that it comes in a very nice case to protect it. Setup takes less than 20 seconds, just unfold the legs and arms. Attach the butane bottle and turn it clockwise about 15 degrees and everything is locked in. It has a built in piezo electric starter so no need to bring a lighter. It fires up everytime! Also this portable stove is Made in Japan. So you know it is quality and will last a very long time. Any cons? Nope, none, zero.. if I could give this stove a 10 star, I would. Again in my honest opinion this is one of the best stove so far. I will update this review again months later after I put this stove to it's use.

Well made compact stove, and case
After ordering, it did take a couple equipment to even ship out, but it finally arrived. It seems to be pretty well made, and has a decent padded zipper pouch, to protect it in transit. This is a great option to reduce the size, and weight of your outdoor equipment. It is small, but durable. It has very sturdy legs that fold out, and the panholders are large, and sturdy enough, and to hold pretty big pots and pans, with no worries of tipping over. This style of camp stove uses the cans of butane. Simply push the can into the opening, and then twist to lock and it's attached. There is no heat shield for the gas tank, it doesn't really need one though. The gas valve is easily adjusted, and can be set from very low, to way too high. It does have its own built-in igniter, to stop you from having to use a lighter, or other type of additional ignition source. Overall, it is a pretty nice little camp stove, it is totally portable, has a decent carrying case, works exactly as intended, the gas is cheap, and the burner is pretty efficient. Highly recommended.

Well-made, quick to set up and use
I got this to take on the trail, but it is so easy that I use it at home, too. It is quick to set up and make my afternoon (instant) coffee when I am working in the back yard. The igniter has been reliable, and the substantial flame flame burns evenly. I really like the hard-sided case that it fits into.

This is an excellent small burner for use with butane cartridges. The cartridge sits in just the right spot for good balance. It's quite stable supporting medium size cooking gear which is all I have used so far. It's actually very simple to setup. I hold it up side down, fold the legs up and over, then flip it and fold the pan supports down. Once you get the idea it's actually very easy. All in all one of my favourite Amazon purchases to date.
