The old one was like this, the new one is soft and squishy
I bought this ball to replace the original Physique 57 barre workout ball. The old one was like this, the new one is soft and squishy. The official Physique 57 ball was a lot more money and got really bad reviews. But this little gem was easy on the budget, and works as good as a more expensive barre ball.

Not What I thought
The photo looks like what we used for Doge Ball and Kick Ball in grade school. Not it. Great price but bargain quality.

Perfect Quaffle
Bought this to be a quaffle for my daughter’s Harry Potter party. It worked great.

Not my 2nd grade kickball
I never wrote reviews. Ever.. but for this particular product I couldn’t let others to make the same mistake as I. As I scoured through Amazon looking for a kickball I thought this was the one I played with when I was elementary school (early-mid 80s) playing kickball and dodgeball. What threw me off was the pattern of the product as I distinctly remembered those lines as they whizzed by my face or as we bounced them in the dirt. It’s two things that makes it far off. 1. The thickness of the rubber. This ball’s weight is like those rubber balls with superhero pics at Walmart or Kmart inside those large steel cages. Very very light. 2. Because it’s light the thickness of the rubber is very thin. Not like the grippy rubbery feel more like gripping those Walmart cage balls. If you want to buy a nice light ball like the ones at Walmart but with a dodgeball pattern this is for you!! If you want to reminisce the old days and want to peg your child or get a little bit of old school kickball with your grown friends this isn’t it. Hope this helps ~

If you can dodge a wrench...
This ball is excellent for dodgeball. Especially when you're the only one who knows a dodgeball game is happening. This ball makes the perfect ricochet sound as it rebounds off an unsuspecting child's face.

Cheap and Lightweight
This is NOT a good ball to try to play any sort of playground game with, such as kickball or foursquare or dodgeball. Very lightweight and thin. Not good for much of anything....
