This cake stand is beautiful! I love the way the wood looks. I wasn’t sure how I would like the plastic lid, but I really like it. It keeps my baked goods fresh, without being heavy to lift. I don’t have to worry that my young children will drop the lid and break it if they try to sneak a bite of whatever is under the lid. It feels really sturdy, and is easy to use because it is lightweight. The lid fits perfectly into the wood stand. Very versatile!

This is a really nice cake stand. The top is made from acrylic and sits in the grooves of the wooden plate perfectly. The top looks like glass but it's not. The bottom of the stand has a non stick matte on it. The stand detaches from the plate to sit on a counter. This is a really nice looking cake stand. I'm glad it doesn't have a glass top. It's perfect to put cakes, cookies,cupcakes in it. Perfect for a gift as well. I love it!

This time of the year, I make a lot of cakes; I was so tired of using my plastic cake holder (like you would use to transport cakes). This stand has an attractive wooden base, with an acrylic cover. It looks more expensive than what I paid for it, and I actually leave it sitting out on the buffet table in my dining room most of the time. I love how lightweight it is and there are no worries that it will get dropped or broken. I recommend!

The cake stand came on time & really well packaged. The bottom of the stand screws off to have a flat serving plate if you wish. The dome top is made of light high quality acrylic. I like the lid shape - it allows the stand to be used for tall cakes or stacking your smaller bakes. The lid fits snugly into a grove cut into the plate making it both fairly airtight & safe to carry. Simple design with lovely timber base. Looks great on the kitchen counter. Overall a wonderful product.
