Very nice ball for ab work. It uses sand for weight, but it almost completely full unlike others I have tried.

I had previously purchased the two larger sizes of this soft weighted ball in stores but they didn't have the 6 pound one so I went on the hunt. I was happy when I was able to find it. The ball itself is a rubber that is smooth but due to the type of rubber it is it allows for an easy grip while working out. They are soft as in the description so if you accidently let go of it it's not likely to do any damage. I like how easy they are to clean, a wet rag and a little soap and they are back to normal. They were a great addition to my home gym!

I ordered an 6lb ball but received and 8lb ball so I returned it. However, the quality of the ball was nice. I would recommend this product.

Purchased this for my daughter for softball. Great for strength training and for conditioning. It has great grip and does not slip. Weight wasn’t too heavy but can always go up and down on the pounds.

I use these to hold down the Christmas inflatables when the wind is blowing strong

I really really really love it! Worth the price! Great quality, easy to hold. I think it’s filled with sand so it’s a perfect grip for training. It also comes with a little book showing exercises that you can use with it. Something to note, the booklet uses an 8 lb ball, I ordered a 10 lb one so that makes for a more challenging workout. I do recommend and would buy again if I had to tho it looks like durability is in for long haul!

Let me start by saying fabulous customer service on this one! Additionally, the product is great, perfect size, quality and the weight is just what I was looking for. I’m able to feel like it’s strengthening but not straining. Super happy with my choice

Me gusta que es de tamaño pequeño pero con el peso suficiente para hacer diversos ejercicios, se siente un poco pegajosa, pero limpiándola con un paño húmedo es suficiente

Great medicine ball love the color, weight and comfortableness of it. Seems to be filled with some sort of sand but overall it does the job.
