We had initial issue with model up from this leaving wavy lines but after returning Charles from sinchi advised us and we bought this model and it's brilliant and faultless after around 100 laminates and have to state customer support from Charles is a credit to Sinchi 😊🙏

I purchased this laminator in February 2025 for our company and we were all really pleased with how quick and efficient it was. Unfortunately, in July 2025 it stopped working. As it was still under the 12-month warranty, I contacted Sinchi directly and spoke with Charles, who provided excellent customer service. He arranged for a replacement to be sent and advised me to dispose of the faulty one. We are now using the new laminator and are very happy with it. Thank you Charles – highly recommend both the product and the service!

Works well, a lot faster than my old one, both to warm up and operate, as expected - that's why I bought it. No bulkier. A little heavier but not an issue. As stated by manufacturer noisier than my old slow one - a loud buzz which varies depending on thickness of lamination foil used - and therefore the speed of operation - but not a problem. And yes, the detachable wire output arms are flimsy and may get lost in time; not a major concern as they are not vital but would be nicer to have an onboard system

Amazing - I have wasted so much paper, foil and ink on cheap laminators that say they work and have failed consistently. Literally turned it on, waited 55s for it to heat up and tried it out. PERFECT. I just wish I invested in this rather than try and perfect a cheaper method which ended up costing me way more in materials. It’s louder, it’s designed for professional use, the heat time isn’t that long, and it is dead easy to use. It came with clear instructions and clearly states that this is not a quiet machine (although I didn’t find it noisy) and is for professiinal use. I am so pleased with this! Toner reactive foiled and laminating are now perfect every time.

A fairly standard piece of office machinery. It has worked reliably. I mostly use it for foiling letterheads of A4 paper which it does good job. I wonder how long it will before I lose the detachable output paper rest wire.

I’ve tried at least six different laminators over the past month. I make double-sided thick bookmarks, and this is the first one I’m completely satisfied with. While it’s not the cheapest, quality comes at a price – and in this case, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

This is great much faster than my old one Watch heat settings my 250 microns laminating sheets only need 170 but other than that very happy with it

Lasted just over a year before it got jammed. Eventually managed to clear it but is now unusable as there is smoke coming from it and it smells really bad. Very poor performance from something that was not cheap to buy. Sadly it is out of warranty so now looking for a new one as I won't buy another of these!

Prior to this laminator I was having issues with the laminate lifting off the paper. I use very heavy cardstock that is around 230gsm. This laminator had zero issue perfectly laminating every type of paper I pushed through it. The only issue I had with using heavier cardstock was scratching. The customer service was FAST! And I mean within the hour. Charles was quick to respond with assistance that was useful and informative. I can now print and laminate my own trading cards as well as anything I need to laminate without issue. The noise level is not that bad. Yes it has a low hum but it is not troublesome. I have used a variety of laminate and I will say sinichi brand pouches are very nice. For my trading cards I do use a glossier pouch because I want them things SHINING! Hope this is useful.

Does a great job

I purchased this laminator 7-28-25 for the ability to laminate 3-10 mil. It is a great product that is simple to use and gets the job done. It worked great for about 6-7 month then stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and it was still within the 12 month warranty period. After a couple quick emails back and forth asking basic questions to determine if it was indeed malfunctioning, they without hesitation, provided a shipping label to send back to the factory for diagnosis and repair. It didn't take them long to repair and send back to me, costing me nothing. They stand behind their warranty with no hassle. Big shout out to Charles from Sinchi. Thank you, sir for you great customer service. That is something that is rare in current times.
