Great to make blended curries.
This is great quality mushroom product. I use mushroom to make curries. I soak this for 20 min in warm water and saute in oil for 5 min and blend it with vegetable stock for a vegan curry. Great replacement for onion and tomato gravy. It saves money and time.

Very nice and yields lot when cooked. Instructions are clear. Very nice addition to Asian noodles and eggrolls.

Blooms beautifully when soaked
Came exactly as described, very clean, super dry, and lightweight. Once soaked, it rehydrated quickly and bloomed beautifully, turning soft and gelatinous, perfect for soups or sweet herbal tonics. The quality seems great, with no odd smells or discoloration. Definitely a solid pantry staple if you enjoy as a beauty-boosting desserts.

Straight to the trash.
Smelled like chemicals, absolutely horrid, had to throw it away. These mushrooms should not have a bad smell to them at all. 0/10

White or Yellow ?
So the Title of this product says white fungus but description says yellow fungus. This is actually yellow fungus which is not the same as white fungus. Be careful buyers. Check the description and the title. But I don’t know why the sellers put “white” in the title which caused me to buy it.
