I haven’t tried the other versions, but the green stuff is fantastic. I wear water-resistant sunscreen, but I don’t wear makeup, so I can’t tell you how this does with waterproof mascara. It gets my sunscreen off by itself, though — I don’t need to double cleanse, because this cleansing oil rinses off well. Sometimes I follow this up with an exfoliating toner, and the cotton pad always looks clean, which is not always the case with different cleansing oils I’ve tried. It has a strong scent, and I love it. I hate perfumey-type scents, but this has that tea-tree, lavender, herby medicinal type scent. If you like those, this will probably smell great to you. If not…it’s a very strong scent if it’s a scent you don’t enjoy. There are a million different kinds of sensitive skin, but this does well by my sensitive rosacea skin. As a cleansing oil, it works very well, and the smell makes using it a more enjoyable experience.

I like how it removes makeup, even eyeshadow stick! Rub gently into skin, follow with a little water to emulsify and rinse. Follow with cream or foaming cleanser.

I love ma:nyo cleansing oil! I have already tried the original and liked it so much when I went to repurchase I noticed this one and thought I would give it a try. I think it's pretty similar and I like that it has milder ingredients for sensitive skin. It does have a smell to it which I think is important to note because I think it can be a turn-off to some people. I'm Korean so I'm used to traditional herb smells but not everyone may like it.

This oil cleanser easily removes makeup and unclogs pores. It’s nice that it makes my skin feel soft without leaving it dry afterward. The herbal smell is a bit strong for me and sticks around overnight. But overall, I think it's a great product!

I decided to pick this up after the original shot up in price exponentially, and I won’t be switching back. While the original is just about perfect, this seems to do an even better job of melting my makeup off and getting rid of impurities. It calms my skin down really nicely, too. Also, I love the green smell. This and the Rice Water Bright foaming cleanser from The Face Shop, is a perfect double-cleansing duo.

Best cleansing oil yet! Cleans very throughly and washes off easily. I have sensitive skin, no prom with this product. Highly recommend!

I was worried this cleansing oil would be too oily and would make my acne prone skin worse but the opposite occurred. This stuff is very calming and does a deep cleanse on your pores. It has greatly improved the appearance of my skin. It is not oily or drying and does not irritate my sensitive eyes. I am on my 4th bottle’

I am disappointed this wasn’t as good as many reviews said. The smell is so strong—not necessarily bad, but very strong. It burns my eyes and doesn’t remove my makeup as well as the original yellow bottle version. I wish the original version wasn’t so expensive now! I will not be purchasing this product again.

I absolutely love using this product. It's great for removing makeup and grime and it makes my skin feel soooo soft.

This product is seriously so good, and I am definitely going to repurchase it. It is not oily at all. When we apply it and massage the face, it easily melts the makeup and dirt. After adding water, the oil turns into a white liquid and washes off smoothly. It removes all impurities from the face and leaves the skin feeling clean and fresh. I also used it as a makeup remover, and it works perfectly. Highly recommended!
