Very good, good in entertainment even in house. price is acceptable, volume is good

Sound was loud and clear. Easy to use. Looks modern. I compared it to the other portable speaker from vocal star which has more of a light display in the speaker but looks slightly more dated in the nobs and dials and a plug in mic. Both speakers were great value, this one actually had the best sound quality and was much clearer at high volume. After a comparison I chose the other portable speaker with the better light display, just because I was buying it for my young daughter who I felt would appreciate the light display over the sound quality. We play music through a Bose speaker or TV and use the kareoke machine for just the mics which works really well. The customer service is excellent too, very friendly, quick and helpful.

I want to preface this by saying I absolutely love this karaoke machine. Although it’s a budget alternative to some other karaoke machines, it did not disappoint! The package includes the speaker, 2 mics, a power cable and a manual. The speaker itself is very portable and easy to carry around so you can have karaoke sessions anywhere! the speaker also features fun and colourful lighting effects which really adds to the whole vibe. My only issue with the machine is that at one point it would only connect to 1 microphone at a time. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful and kind and advised me to power both mics on and off rapidly 3 times and they would enter pairing mode. This worked and helped resolve my issue so I would rate customer service a 10/10. Also as this is a “budget” speaker, the sound quality is good but not the best so don’t expect it to have deep bass or outstanding quality like a JBL. With that said however I think it’s a very good karaoke machine for the price and I am very pleased with it!

I got this for Xmas and used it a few times in the days following its unwrapping. easy to use/connect/configure. sound was ok for the price and it came with a couple of wireless microphones that worked rather well and don't need configuration. however i'm giving it 1 start due to the quality of the product and the appalling customer service. The battery quickly failed. In the first few weeks it would last for hours and charge rather quickly.After the festive period, as it usually happens, it was left unused for a couple of months. When I used it again, it was charged to full capacity but the battery didn't last for more than 1 hour, much shorter than when it was brand new. I was hoping it may be a one-off thing, but when charging it fully again the problem remained.not only that, but sometimes even if there's battery left, it just switches itself off. You switch off/on and it will continue to run again for 30min or so. It seems the battery is faulty. that would be ok if you could get access to a proper service, but it's not the case.they answer quickly but with templated messages that don't answer any of the questions you put forward. when you insist and get them to write a more personalised message, they are very patronising about how to use the product.apparently, i don't know how to charge it and they disregarded any comment or question i made. they finally accepted a return under the existing warranty, but i was asked to pay for the packaging (they are very specific about how to send it) and the postal costs. this is absolutely unacceptable as it's a big speaker and the costs to send it back are higher than half what i paid for it. This means i'm not going to return it and i'm stuck with a faulty device.

Great price and very powerful sound. Wireless microphones are great for the kids who have tortured us with their singing since we got it. Easy to set up and use and great to use along with YouTube for songs and lyrics

It's a tiny machine but wow do the Mike's have some power, well worth the money

Got this portable Karaoke machine for Christmas for my daughter. The sound from it is surprisingly good and with 2 microphones it's great as she can have a friend sing along with her. The machine itself is rechargeable but the microphones need batteries but they last a while. I'm happy and she's happy too which is the main thing.
