This was a great buy for the time released fertilizer. It was cheaper than the nursery or Home Depot. Works get on flowers and plants.

Osmocote is a great, time release fertilizer. Plants do well with it.

The slow‑release formula keeps things steady and I don’t have to fertilize often, which is a big plus. My plants are greener and seem more vigorous than before I started using it. My only small issue is that the recommended amount on the bag felt a bit strong for some of my smaller pots I ended up adjusting it a little to avoid excess fertilizer. Otherwise, it’s an effective and convenient choice for general plant feeding.

A gardeners must have! I have used Osmocote for 10+ years with excellent results. Each time I Repot a New Plant, I use fresh Potting Soil with a cylinder hole in the center then I sprinkle Osmocote in the hole. I gently loosen up the plants roots and slip it into the hole. Lastly, I again lightly sprinkle Osmocote all along the Sides of the plant and exposed roots and then Back Fill the sides to the Upper Surface. I immediately water and walk away for 3 to 4 months!

I’ve used many different fertilizers over the years, but Osmocote PLUS has become my go-to for all my garden beds, fruit trees, and indoor plants. I garden year-round in Southern California (specifically in Zone 9B now that we've moved), and this product consistently gives me the healthiest growth with absolutely no burn. What I love most is how simple it is. You just sprinkle the granules into the soil, mix lightly, and that’s it! The plants get fed slowly for months. No messy liquids, no mixing, no bad odor, the color is earthly like grains, and no guessing if I’m overdoing it. My personal results are similar, although when we relocated/moved, I had to plant more fruit trees, and so glad this Osmocote Smart Release Plant Food is very dependable. -Stronger growth in my fruit trees (lemons, tangerines, nectaplums, apples, etc.) and my vegetable garden. -Healthier soil and faster seedling establishment -Greener, fuller plants with less work -Truly zero burn, even in hot weather I just bought a fresh bag for my winter planting, and it’s the easiest fertilizer I would recommend.

This plant food has been great. Added it too my outdoor planters soil, which has keep my plants thriving. I add it into soil in the spring and enjoy seeing my plants flower and grow throughout the summer is always wonderful. Gardening is expensive, so I don’t want my plants to die. So I feed them this and respond with lots of flowers and growth.
