Having hypersensitivity , decades after rhynoplasty emergent surgery to reduce sinuses and tissue, its VERY hard to find a sprat that helps dryness of nasal sinuses and block dust, pollens and other allergens including non courteous smokers.. other spray make the passages actually close up . Was skeptical Nasonex would be different but used Copilot to compare on many panels of my issues and reactions to other sprays.. Nasonex wins. No bleeding, no collapsing or intracranial sinus inflammation, helps keep my sinuses moistened , no drowsiness or other issues. Worth every dollar!

DO NOT BUY THIS 3 PACK. I received a package that has a best by date of 3 months and I won't use that much between now and then - AND - it's non-returnable/refundable. That said, this is a great product. I first used it when it was a prescription drug and had to stop using it because of the cost via my medical/drug plan. This year the allergies hit me hard and I remembered that this medication is now OTC. In 1-2 days, my nose stopped running constantly. I highly recommend it, but got much longer shelf life when I bought singles instead of this 3-pack. I'll have to throw some away without having used it, alleviating the small $10 savings with buying a 3-pack. Amazon won't refund/replace.

Don’t breathe too deeply first time!!! This stuff works!

OK so I've had allergies for over 20 years. Honestly I loved the smell of flowers in the older sprays, and now it's gone. There's no scent anymore. But, I recently tried to save some money by buying Health A2Z and another time, Kirkland. Both of them were meh. The difference is the spray nozzle. They may have the same ingredients, but the spray is big droplets and watery. Name brand Nasonex and that other one have soft very nebulized spray. This matters because noses have hairs and if the spray isn't "micro" enough it just sticks to your nose hairs, tickles, and makes you blow your nose. Obviously that gets rid of most of it. So this is the best value,, not the cheaper ones.

I have a cat. I’m allergic to cats. This is the only allergy medicine that works for me. I like it because it’s daily priced, it’s non drowsy, has zero taste, and coats the inside of the nose, which helps to prevent pet dander and other irritants from getting in my body. This stuff really works. I can’t breathe without it!

This is the best product to relive sinus congestion! Way better than Flonase! OMGosh! I can breath!

I only used this in between Mucinex Max. Nasonex will NOT relieve my situation on it's own. In three weeks I did 3 hits each. That's all folks. READ instructions. You do NOT need a total of more than 3 hits each in 3 weeks! On it's own, Nasonex Is not the answer to my severe allergies to cats. I still have my cat and I can breath through my nose now after years of congestion. But ya gotta use both products. at least this is the ONLY way that works for me. Nasonex Is just a little better on it's own than Flonase and Claritin B in my case.
