Good quality, works well
Well, it meets or exceeds expectations. The size is right, the material is good, and it holds air. I'm not sure what it could do to excel, really, but it certainly delivers what it should. It was nice that they include a little tool to pull the plug out of the ball because it's quite tight (that's a good thing) and my fingernails aren't strong enough to pull it out without damage.

Great ball, great value.
This is the exact ball my physical therapist uses and is the reason why I bought it. It does the trick for the knee exercises I have to do. It was easy to inflate, and I think a great price.

Great physical therapy tool
Recently had surgery on my shoulder (labrum) and also repaired the long biceps tendon. This is a great tool to assist in the physical therapy and recovery. While I'm watching tv or sitting around I just throw it up and catch it over & over. Its been great to help speed up recovery and strengthen my biceps & shoulder again

It's a 9 inch exercise ball and it doesn't cost very much.
The product seems OK. I've only used it for a few days and it already needs more air. The instructions are ridiculous. I did figure out how to "blow up" the ball. It isn't intuitive that you need to do that. So take the straw, insert it into the opening and blow. The next challenge is getting the plug in place without losing air. Good luck with that. It is a 9 inch exercise ball. Doesn't smell gross. I have been able to use it for my PT exercises.

Easy to inflate with included straws and extra plugs. Very sturdy and a good size for PT

Great for home PT
I use this for shoulder mobility exercises and it has held up well. It slowly loses air, but that is to be expected.
