Great sugar free substitute!
So I was looking for recipes for sugar free granola bars when I discovered this product. I've used it in a couple other recipes so far with great results. It's lightly sweet, kind of sticky, and easy to pour -- exactly what I've been looking for in a sugar free honey/syrup sustitute. Plus, it's got just a ton of fiber in it, which is always a nice bonus! I'm going to try that granola bar recipe this week. Hopefully it's sticky enough to help bind everything together like I want. If it goes poorly, I'll update this review. If not, you can assume that they turned out amazing and that I'm too busy baking more to come back to the computer.

Excellent all-purpose syrup
For the price, this is great! The trick to using these kinds of syrups is to go off of all sugar for a few days. Before knowing this, I could not taste any sweetness at all from this type of sweetener. Now it tastes as sweet as sugar to me. I use it to make keto salad dressings, fruit syrups for pancakes, and fruit jelly.

Mildly sweet, but awesome!
My only qualm is the lid. The syrup is very sticky and even though the lid was clean, I still had one hell of a time opening the damn thing. Sometimes I could put a paper towel over the top and flip the lid. Most times I had to unscrew the lid and run it under hot water and then use a paper towel to open the flip top. The syrup itself is awesome. I haven’t had any digestive issues, it tastes really nice, not overly sweet. I’ve already purchased another, and I plan on continuing to use this.

Great, but the price changes are horrible
This is great stuff but the price changes dramatically. I paid $17 with free shipping in January 2019. Now (June) it shows $45! While I prefer the Sukrin brand, FiberYum is a similar product for much less. If the price of this dropped, this would be something I'd buy loads of. Great for granola bars!

NOT Keto friendly
Great tasting, but then it's pure sugar. This raised my blood sugar by 100 points. Deceptive Advertising!

Works great in Keto recipes.
This product seems to be very much like a Keto-friendly version of old-fashioned Karo syrup. I will buy this again.
