I got this leg massager to help with poor circulation in my legs, as they often ache after being on my feet all day at work or after going for long walks. The material of this product seems to be good quality, and the zippers are good quality too, I mention this because nothing bothers me more than cheap zippers that break of get stuck so you can no longer use something! My legs fit in them well, I'm about a size 12/14 pants and 5'3" and my legs have plenty of room, I think most people will have no problem fitting their legs into the sleeves. The part that goes on your feet/calves zips so there is less room to adjust if you need more space, but the part that goes on your thigh is a cuff with velcro so there is more room for adjustment if needed. Everything comes in a nice little storage bag, which is easy to get everything back into once you are done with it. It comes with the two leg sleeves/cuffs, which plug into the remote, and then a separate adapter cord which plugs into the wall (this is a decent length so you don't have to be sitting right next to the wall). It is very quick and easy to connect everything and start using them, I was using it about ten minutes after unboxing. The remote and settings are very intuitive and user friendly and the Quickstart guide was easy to understand and explained the different modes in more detail. The Massage/Compression: The massage component was not exactly what I was expecting, it's not like a massage chair type of massage but is really just compression on different parts of your leg that compresses and then releases slowly and repeatedly. The way it works is very similar to a blood pressure cuff. It felt a little weird at first but I found that it did help reduce the aching in my legs. There are different levels of compression, the first level was good enough for me and the second was more intense but not painful. I haven't used the third level of compression yet, but I don't think I will need it, it may be useful if you have smaller legs. Each cycle runs for 20 minutes and then turns off on its own. You can restart it right away if you want it to go longer but the remote does warm up and the instructions do warn you about that with longer use. The Heat: You have the option to use this without heat which is great. Personally the heat is my favorite part and even on the highest heat setting it does not get too warm where it could burn you, so it's nice to not have to worry about that. Over all I'm really happy with this leg massager so far and look forward to using it regularly.
