I used these to make tiramisu yesterday. They were a good price and tasted great soaked in espresso. They were nice and crispy, not at all stale, although I doubt it would have mattered for this recipe. Thankful to have a gluten free option!

Perfectly flavored. Very delicate. If you need to douse them in a liquid they disintegrate rapidly. Dunk them quickly and into the dish needed.

Bought these to make a tiramisu. They taste spot on, but they are a lot airier and larger than a regular lady finger so if dunking them in liqueur, just a slight dunk on one side. Overall amazing tho

First off, these are huge! Like 4x the size of regular lady fingers. Not sure why they’re so big. I was worried that these wouldn’t hold up in the dessert because they absorb the espresso so quickly. Based on other reviews, I just dunked mine briefly on both sides while assembling. Do not soak them or you will have mush. Their texture in the dessert is perfect!

Taste terrible, we’re all broken, and practically dissolved when tried to soak in espresso for tiramisu. Did not have a sugar coating and we’re not sweet enough for tiramisu either. Do not buy.

My husband is allergic to gluten and has to eat gluten free, which rules out about everything that’s good. Until we found these, life around the ponderosa here was bland and dull. Enter these gf free Lady Fingers and our dessert options have tripled! I Ve used them to make all sorts of tiramisus or process them in the food processor and bingo- the best graham pie crust substitute you could ever want! They taste light, soak up the liquor well, yet provide a close flavor and texture to the real deal. On occasion, they arrive pretty crunched up, but most of the time they are in good shape, and if I do find a couple that are broken up, I use them as a crunchy garnish to whatever dessert I’m making. These are truly GF free, a little pricey, but if you’re looking to pull off an impressive gf tiramisu or cheese cake, they’re a must have if you don’t want to go to the trouble of baking your own.
