This is awesome but I needed to throw some grip tape on the bottom for it to really shine.

I needed something that hit the triggger points for my calves. This works like a charm. Very simple but effective. The unit with the smaller number of attachments is more than enough.

I played around with all the different options and within no time I had some relief for some serious pain. I’ve never left a review before and have bought hundreds of things. I just knew pressure in certain areas would alleviate some pain. I’m .happy. The more I use the happier I am

I did not like this thing at all. Maybe because I am a smaller person but it is several inches off the ground when you have the balls attached and there is no way to lie on it comfortably. It was so awkward for me. I returned it. Maybe it is great for other things but if you are a smaller person looking for something for your upper back this isn’t it.

Good tool, helpful at times. Can be difficult to maneuver around on, requires core strength. And there are a lot of pieces to store. Overall helpful for irritating trigger points but you have to have the ability to comfortably get on the floor and I know that can be challenging for some individuals.

I am absolutely in love with this. It travels with me and keeps me flexible and comfortable between massage appointments. One of the best purchases I have made and used daily. It does slip a bit on hard floors so I put a yoga mat under it or thought about adding cork to the bottom but otherwise absolutely love this!

The solid board coupled with the variety of knobs makes this product by far the most useful self-release tool I've tested so far
